I actually found this through Groupon and decided to get the ultra lift tightening facial. Since I'm 29 years old, prevention is my objective and I feel Botox Is just a temporary fix. Scheduling my appointment was effortless and Eliza is very accommodating. When I arrived, the facility looks super nice and so was she! It was more of an experience rather than just a facial. She actually took the time to evaluate my skin and recommend what I really needed with her expert opinion. She was so awesome and gave me a therma lift along with the ultra tightening facial!! With no extra charge. She really genuinely cared about what I needed and did not tell me to get all these treatments like other places do. She told me that I need to go every so often and was honest. You don't find that anywhere. She even has her own skin line that I cannot wait to try!! I would recommend this place to anyone of all ages and skin types! I highly recommend this place and Eliza. I was curious at first about the Liposculpt procedure and then I when I had my first session I was even more skeptical because it was too easy. Liza was very gracious and to tried convince me that just a few sessions and I would see a difference in my waist and especially my back. She added the VibraPro session and a 3 day herbal detox. After the first session I saw and felt results. Full disclosure, I was told I had to post a review in order to get a deal they had offered me over the phone. I'm not a fan of that approach, so first issue. Before purchasing a groupon for 4 ultra-lifts, I called the facility to see how it works. They told me I could combine two of the lifts for an upgrade if I chose, or just do the 4. Ok, great. When I arrive, they say that's no longer an option and I have to post a review. Alriigght. Second, the ultra-lift Groupon is for the whole face. They inform me that's also not an option, all I get are a few target areas I'm interested in improving. Getting worse. Third, they tried to up sell me for $1000 for a package I haven't even experienced yet. Getting sketchier. After the appt, which felt like the machine wasn't on, the woman at the desk asked if I did the review yet. Was I supposed to do it during my treatment? I host a blog posting for different treatments and treatment facilities. I prefer honest, straightforward approaches. Second visit: Whether due to this review or the first visit was an anomaly (hence why I prefer to wait until after several visits), this visit was a bit better. Depending on the next two visits, I'll add another star. read more

First phone conversation with Eliza was good, she explained the service but said she would have to see me to tell me how many treatments I would need... ok, so we set up an appt. when I came in I didn't even get a chance to met Eliza, the young woman in the front started trying to upsale me... I listened... somehow from the 4 treatments for $159 that Eliza on the phone said would make a difference, she said u would need between 10-20 at $150 each! This girl was the receptionist! Are u serious? From $159 trying to sell me a "plan" for over a $1100? What a joke! Mind you, I'm 48 with skin not so bad, not 60! I was starting to get crows feet, more wrinkles around my eyes, and the bags were getting bigger. After applying the Eliza instant eye lift within a few mins it started to disappear. Only applied it to one side so you'd be able to tell the difference. My line of work is very stressful (special needs assistant teacher) and along with being a single mom of 4 plus two of my own are special needs the stress was showing on my face. I found this place on Groupon. I'm so glad I did. I bought 6 sessions of liposculpt. But Eliza was very flexible on converting the package. I ended up using 4 of my session to Liposculpt + ultralift + thermalift + facial. And wow! My skin got tighter, brighter and my just look at my undereyes. I've been going to BH Aesthetic Center since October of last year for my problematic upper arm fat. Since the treatments my arms have finally slimmed down and I can wear tops that don't feel tight around my upper arms and I feel more confident wearing tank tops.
