Throughout my 90-minute session, she repeatedly stopped to answer phone calls and attend to people walking in, which took time away from the service I paid for. I paid $90 for 90 minutes plus an additional $3 charge, and I absolutely did not receive the value or time promised. I don't know her name, but she had short red hair and was also working the front desk. Overall, she did not do a good job at all. I left feeling tense, disappointed, and unsatisfied.
