I came in for a nail service that, unfortunately, did not meet basic quality expectations and started 45 minutes late. The gel was thick and uneven. Yes she asked was I happy before leaving and I regretfully said yes. I called the salon to ask about having them corrected, I was told that I should have said something the day before and was instructed to book another appointment to fix them. To be clear, I was willing to pay to have the nails redone and communicated that during the call. The conversation ended, and I accepted that this would simply be my last visit. Later that day, I received a direct message from the nail technician, Luna. While she is clearly very skilled at her craft and may have just had an off day, the follow-up message felt unnecessary and unprofessional--especially after I was then blocked on Instagram. Everyone has bad days, and I respect talent, but customer service and how concerns are handled matter just as much as technical skill. Based on this experience, I won't be returning. read more

2 days after a fill-in, the complete overlay came off of one of my nails. 3 days after that, the same thing happened with a different nail. So I'm talking about 2 overlays coming off in less than one week. I returned to the salon and requested that they fix it. The owner told me they only guarantee 2 days of quality for a fill-in. I paid $45 and gave a $10 tip. Despite this, the owner felt that after 2 days, she wasn't responsible for the overlays coming off. Only after I called her out on the ridiculousness of her policy did she agree to repair my nails -- too little, too late. If your initial inclination is be dismissive of a customer's concerns after your business has delivered horrible service, you clearly do not need my money. I will never go back there again, and I don't recommend this salon to anyone. read more

The service at this shop use to be very nice under the other management. Only one person is good with nails (the owner I assume Lisa) everyone else not so much. The vibe isn't friendly or welcoming. My pedicure was terrible. My nail were so bad and the young male tech tells me my fingers are crooked. Then he told me "well next time have Lisa do it".Seriously, typical for a non experienced tech. He did a terrible job enough that I had to wait on Lisa, whom I already requested. If you're not going to pay attention to the check in kiosk, why bothering having it. I won't be back under any circumstances. Also, the Flys were outrageous. I drove an hour for a horrible experience. I would certainly not ever recommend or be back. And I was nice the entire time. I got a walk-in manicure. The young woman who did my nails was excellent. She was gentle, paid great attention to detail, even went back and checked multiple times correcting any imperfections throughout the manicure. She gave me exactly what I asked for and even made one of my nail chips look like it never even existed. The entire salon was very kind, chatting with all the customers. I went in to get a pedicure. If you want a place that will spend time on your feet and get your money worth this is not the place to go. The lady literally scrub my feet for 60 seconds per leg same with massaging the lotion on my feet and legs. I visited this nail salon a couple weeks ago for the first time. When we walked in there was only 2 maybe 3 employees. There were hardly any customers either. One lady actually ended up walking out because she had waited probably 30 minutes and still wasn't seen. The nail techs were pleasant but didn't converse with me at all. I got dip powder nails and they looked decent overall, but I've definitely had better. My biggest criticism was that I was left with at least half of my cuticles bleeding and burning. They used the nail drill too much and too close to my cuticles. I've never had that happen before. I won't be visiting again. read more

I will never go near this place again Went in the other day because it was near my gym and a little more convenient than the other place I've been going. I walked in and was barely acknowledged. After he curtly told me to sign in, not sure why since I was the only person waiting, he said nothing else. I had to ask how long of a wait. He claimed 10 minutes so I thought I'd wait and see While I waited I perused polish color for my nails. After about 15 minutes I was seated at a pedicure chair. The woman filled up the foot tub and then disappeared for about 20 minutes. At first I just enjoyed the soak and played on my phone but after an irrational amount of time I started looking around to see where she went. I could swear that I smelled food cooking in a microwave. About the moment I was ready to say something she comes out from the back. There is no discussion about what I wanted or anything. She started doing my feet in what seemed like a rushed manner. Because I work on my feet, go to the gym, and run I tend to have a lot of dead skin. It's kind of a tell tell if they are doing anything or not. Needless to say she barely got any off. After a half effort file and such she began to "massage" my legs. I want to point out that I didn't ask for nor want a massage. I just wanted a pedicure. It was so bad and lasted so long that I finally had to ask her to quit since I had things I needed to get done After a non relaxing pedicure I was moved over to get my nails filled. Again she never really asked me what I wanted. After removing my polish and doing a little bit of filling, she suddenly gets up, starts cleaning up the pedicure chair, then disappears in the back. I sat there for AWHILE before she comes back to finish. It total it took almost 2 hours. That's insane. The pedicure was also $35 which I felt was WAY over priced. I tried to ask if that was the only one she had and she claimed yes, but seriously, most places have a quicker, cheaper pedicure. As for my nails, which are french manicured, they are so-so. The polish is messy and there are a few places on the sides that got missed. They are also not the shape that I wanted but by the time I could see what she was doing we were too far in and I was ready to get out of there. I will never go back here and definitely will never recommend this place to anyone. With all the nail salons in the area I'm always shocked at businesses this bad that are still up and running. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I went in for a fill-in, polish change and tried to treat my mother in law to a spa pedicure. First my fill-in took 10 mins from start to finish. The guy sing my nails was rushing, he wasn't careful around my cuticles and nicked three of my fingers. He did not fully buff out the growth lines from the previous acrylic so you can still see them clearly. I asked for a gel polish so that I didn't have to worry about drying, however, the polish bubbled on every finger and there are not smooth at all. I had acrylic powder all over my fingers. Also, the nail tech failed to remove any tack still left on from the gel polish. My mother in law's pedicure was far from a spa. The tech working on her also rushed, failed to complete a massage and the pedicure took about 15 minutes. There was barely any scrubbing and no callous removal whatsoever. What makes everything worse was that their prices were extremely overpriced for the market and their service. read more

The next day the thumb came completely off - the set he soaked off had lasted for 6 weeks!!! I can't even. Buyer beware and cautious before approaching this business. Absolutely terrible. Just moved to Flowood and went to get a manicure. Waited for about 15 minutes, which wasn't bad and was told to go to a chair. Man did not ask me what I wanted and could not really understand I was wanting gel polish. He proceeded to trim my nails and cut way too low... cutting into my skin under my nail. Ouch! I immediately retracted my hand only to see it was cut. Then he took my hand back to look and proceeded to press his dirty finger nail into my cut finger. Absolutely not.
