Of all my experience with outpatient surgical centers, I have to say this is probably the worst experience . this place needs to be regulated and they need to be shut down... I ended up with an infection after my experience at the center and I've been calling them and telling them they transfer me to a number that ends up nowhere no one responds and I don't get a call back. If you want to keep your sanity, please stay away from this place! read more

Wow.. Seriously if you or anyone you know needs a small procedure like Botox injections, a colonoscopy or even weight loss surgery this is the place to go! My friend referred me to Beverly Oaks after she had a Sleeve procedure to loose weight.. She was trilled with the service, professionalism and cleanliness of this facility so when I needed to have a procedure done I knew this was the place for me. I had Botox injections in my underarms to stop sweating and my gallbladder removed - different days and both procedures were very successful (as was my friends weight loss surgery).The doctors are incredible, anesthesiologist was the sweetest woman in the world, front desk girls are amazing and the nurses are by far the most knowledgable, compassionate and professional nurses I've seen. It's not easy finding a great team of people who genuinely care about your well being, but I finally found one here at Beverly Oaks! I suffered a sports injury back in 2015 that resulted in a herniated disc, where the pain would relapse every few months leaving me bed ridden and unable to enjoy my usual active lifestyle. I interviewed several surgeons before meeting Dr. Rogers and his awesome assistants (soon to be RN!) Angela and Richard. They were all extraordinarily sincere about my well being, and completely understood what results I was looking for. Eventually, we all agreed that a microdiscectomy was the right move and I had my surgery here. The staff had a way to help me feel calm, even when I kept asking whether I would wake up a paraplegic. The Anesthesiologist (Dr. Chan) was out going and friendly, and laughed when I asked her whether I would poop myself during surgery. Getting surgery in general is nerve racking, let alone on your spine and the staff here humored me through the whole experience! I felt bad for the poor nurse who stayed late and waited for me to wake up from my anesthetic coma, I was so out of it and refused all medication (hint: don't look up "opioid addiction" the day before surgery). Bless her heart, she stayed professional the whole time while wheel-chairing me to my getaway car while I was rapping Two Chainz "Mask Off". DO NOT COME!!! Worst experience ever! I had a 10am appointment, for which i arrived timely, filled out the paper work and just waited and waited and waited. After 80 minutes waiting, I got up and left. I ran into the Doctor as I was leaving and didn't even receive an apology. He said he would see me "shortly". I do not care if they are any good. Making someone wait for 80 minutes without an explanation is simply disrespectful. If they treat me like this in my first appointment, I cannot imagine what they would do during surgery. read more

Really good experience, only one thing we would complain about which is written below. We came here off a referral, and we are so glad we did because it saved us thousands by paying cash for a surgery as apposed to going through our insurance with Kaiser. Overall, we got a great deal here. Dr. Gevorg is extremely nice and friendly, as is the staff. He did a great job taking care of us in our time of need. HEADS UP - YOU MIGHT AS WELL SHOW UP AN HOUR LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. I would give more stars, but after 3 visits in a row: consultation, surgery, and follow-up, there was over a 70 minute wait with an appointment just to get in. I have had two medical procedures done at this location in the past six months. Both by Dr. Misra. She is top notch, and i would choose her again if needed. She is definitely one the best doctors I have ever dealt with. Her attention to the patient and care she shows is above and beyond anyone i have met before. The staff at this location is great. Lilly coordinated both my procedures, and was very responsive to my phone calls and emails the whole time. She walked me thru everything related to the insurance and other questions i had. Karen at the front desk is very polite and its always a pleasure to walk up to the desk and she her there ready to attend to you. The head nurse, Sharis, is one of the nicest people you will meet. She is very attentive to the patient and makes you feel very comfortable while your waiting to go in for your procedure. It makes you feel special when they follow up with you the next day to see how your doing. I would definitely recommend this office, and i will be returning in the future if needed. read more

Lied and wasted a month of my time. I initially called asking them for a quote regarding a procedure. I provided them with my insurance and what not so that they could crunch in some numbers and talk to my insurance agency. The price they gave me was ~$200 which was perfect for me. However, a couple of days before my surgery AND after I had gotten the blood work they wanted, they called me and went back on what they said. They gave me an ultimatum of paying either a cash price of ~$2500 or go through insurance and pay even more. I said no way jose and cancelled my procedure. TL;DR: Don't go. They'll offer you a good price to lure you in, but in the end, they'll jack up the prices right before your procedure. read more

I don't know where to start with describing my experience with Dr Elias:) here is my story... After I had both of my children, my breasts transformed and became saggy and I became very self conscience and hated looking at them. I had otoplasty done at this place. The surgery was great, the doctor was great also but they fell so short on the payment side. The surgery was going to cost 5k, they got me pre approved for 5k with the credit company they use. They told me 5k, 12 months no interest. I started to get my statements and saw that they were charging me very high interest rate. So I called the credit card company and asked what was up. The card company said they had nothing to do with it. So I then call Beverly Oaks, speak to someone at the front desk, asked them how can this be? How can you guys tell me one thing and then when I get the bill it's different? I asked them to let me speak to the lady that signed me up and also the one that did the consultation... And they tell that both of them quit because there jobs were too far from where they lived. BS! Please avoid this place, red flag should go up when your signing up for there credit card. Read the fine print and don't trust these ppl. The doctors they use have offices in Beverly Hills and they are much better. Thanks for costing me hundreds in interest. I had made an appointment for weight loss surgery a few months ago. They gave me a date within a week. The dr was super sweet & explained everything to me with a lot of patience. I made an appointment for an advertised promotion for Botox. I am a middle age man and I wanted to enhance my appearance a little bit. I came at the designated time. I was kept waiting for an hour and a half. I was told on the phone when I called for the appointment the cost was $7.00 per unit or $140.00 for twenty units which usually is the amount for a forehead. When the doctor came in the price quoted was $400.00. After I waited an hour and a half and this is what I received for my trouble. Forget this place. read more

I have now had 4 procedures at Beverly Oaks Surgery, and they were procedures that I needed for medical purposes, not cosmetic, although one of my procedures was done by a plastic surgeon. He found a mark on my skin that he decided should be biopsied simply because of the way it looked, even though I was there for a different procedure. The biopsy results came back melanocytic. I was in complete shock, and of course terror. However, he did a re-excision of the area around it and it, we got negative borders back, on top of which, I WON'T EVEN HAVE A SCAR! He saved my life. It was so amazing that I was able to see every type of physician I needed in order to resolve several medical problems all in one place. The staff was so warm and caring, and you can tell that they literally hand pick every physician that they work with!!! Don't just look into this place for cosmetic surgery!
