Jacked the rent up about four or five times making the rent where poor People can't afford…read more working every day and then People that on SSI and SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY PUT to many rules that's uncalled for trying to get rid of the older trailers and alot of the poor people has their homes for 20 years or longer for the road torn up with two big holes on each side where anyone could go down in and they could get badly ¹ or killed they been like that for awhile which is very very dangerous Making everyone cover their trailer tongues or they will cut them off and it will cost three hundred dollars which tongues go with the trailers,if you have high grass they will charge a 100 00 dollars if you late on your rent they charge 50 00 dollar late charge if you have trees around your trailer they say you supposed to cut the trees which automatic belongs to QUICK SHOP,If you are trying to work on your home and there's boards laying in your yard they call that debreeze and if you don't move it and they will charged if they have two move it a lot of Folks with Health issues and they have years wanting you to give up your home and move away there was a little guy who had a small Trailer that he made his living with and the Manager had it pulled off which was definitely not right they always sitting and thinking upon something they can charge you with The Manger is hardly in the office and there's a lot of lots not clean or grass mowed there's a lot of trash laying around on lots that's not even the grass has been cut they cut trees on another lot put them right at the end of my trailer I ask the maintenance man if he knows who done that he said we did they will pick it up I said no they want I tried to get them to pick them up so I hardly a person to do that they put them right back well it was the third time I told her I didn't want nothing in front of .y house no more so I hired to get moved again and they not nothing been there any more doing nothing The Manger is out of the office a lot very seldom checks the park If everyone that's on city Council board meeting would just drive around Quick Shop Trailer Court than you all would see why this group of People are here tonight Every since the Thornberrys sold out to these people it's been pure hell but it was always a great peaceful place to this New owner's come In The Manger will not give anyone the Number or address of the new owners the least don't even belong to People for this state Most of the time People trying to do the work on their trailers it was raining or 80 and 90 degrees how can People work in all this Every time the People turned around there was rules stuck in the doors they bring in these other trailers for 60,70 thousand dollars and pay lot rent starting for 420.dollarsplus have to pay electric, water gas for car, car Insurance medications, bathroom accessories animal food and many other things that People need so this goes to show that low income on SSI and SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY cannot afford these high Prices I do Hope for all us People that they will be something done in the capability of our homes and knowing the expense of our bills and trying to keep ourselves comfortable with the the little income that over most of QUICK SHOP TRAILER has very very low income and all the People of QUICK SHOP Just want the rent lowered back down where we can afford our rent and bills and stop with the non-sense rules.q

I would like to say that this is one of the better "apartments" or town homes in Winchester but…read morethat would be a horrible lie. I'm honestly upset that I even have to give it 1 star just to post this. The houses they rent out represent the ignorant, rude, and just plain run down staff that they have running their office as well. Our "town home" (and I put that in quotes because it was really just a broken box with closets) that we lived in had multiple problems month after month. For example, our pipes were leaking, ruining our ceiling down stairs, because the pipes in the walls weren't even completely put together. They had just closed the wall with open pipes behind it. They continued to tell us that it was our fault and even telling it us that it was because our AC unit had a dirty filter. They continuously tried to charge us with every problem they had to fix (when it was completely their doing). Even though tenant laws state that it is their property and their house and we just pay rent there, they still told us that it was our problem and we had to pay for it. When we would talk to the management about issues they would literally take days and sometimes over a week to get back to us about any sort of emergency with our house. Not only that, but they would not give any sort of warning that they were coming into our home either (even though tenant laws state otherwise). When we sent them a letter saying they were illegally coming into our home and attached the tenant law that states it with the letter, they still entered our home without warning. We would be startled by repair men thinking someone was breaking into our house, while the repair men were told we had warning of his arrival. Now, although we gave a month and halfs worth of rent as a deposit, they are telling us we owe them for carpet replacement. We also gave them a $300 pet deposit and they are also charging us with pet fees, because "that wasn't a pet deposit, that was to just have the pet in the house" apparently. Their staff has repeatedly hung up on me and gotten rude when I've called with an issue for a wrong charge. So, I would like to warn any person thinking about renting ANYTHING from Littrell Homes, don't. They are a horribly run company with an awfully stupid and rude staff ready to not help you out what so ever and charge you for everything and then charge you again for it.

I lived there a few years in four different units and not a safe place for kids people getting…read morebusted for drugs or doing them outside..even maintenance doing them in your apt,meth or heroine etc..they dnt fix stuff til after people get hurt or even change flooring months and months later after its covered in feces and urine or fix things right away,its a joke..went through at least 3 fridges in 1 unit and one was covered with mold..even had Linda the manager tell me I cant have someone stay over which is against the law..your allowed to have someone stay for 7 days..I would be harassed only living next to her when no one else was and other people had others living with them,I even paid people's rent and still wouldn't let my fiance move in..and even lied and said the owner didnt have a apt complex for me to move in when in fact I was told it was avaliable by employees..Linda even told me to fill out an application the next day when she was in the office then she refused to give me one..I paid my rent pretty much a whole year at once and still was rude and seem heartless..she wouldn't even give me an application when I tried to move in the first time til asking after the 3rd time and only because I knew other tenants..the reason she wouldn't let my fiancé move in so her son could take my place and move out of hers..also her place smells terrible and u have to come in to drop off rent and I was told by employees her husband is a pedophile,he messed with his own child and would watch me and my kids when were outside next door..made me very uncomfortable..also if ur going to be on the lease with someone who has efficiency apt they charge u about or more as the 1 bedroom my friend was paying 580 then it was over 600 for me to be added saying I live there and she refused to put me on lease

I've used them several times. Once they were bringing a safe to my home from the store; the store…read moredropped the safe and the company didn't take the damaged safe, which I appreciated. I used them to move to an apartment and they broke the key pad on my safe; their policy for replacing broken items sucks so I'm not sure I would use them again just because of that. I used them again for a move and they sent three guys; one just kind of stood around a lot. Prices seem standard but it's hit or miss on the movers. There are probably better movers out there. I wouldn't let them move any valuables but if you need them for something else they're probably fine.
