After I stopped Corey from drilling holes into our furnace and charging us $1,100, he lost interest and went outside. I went to the person who was vacuuming and asked why he did not vacuum the wall vents as I was told wall vents were included. He told me to ask Corey. When they were leaving and still would not clean the wall vents, I asked Corey to come back in and he told me there's no dust. After I insisted, he brushed off the outside of the vents with a duster where the dust fell onto our floors. He refused to vacuum them. After they left, I found out that some of the floor vents were not cleaned. They blocked my message in Marketplace Messenger after I asked them to come back and clean all the vents. When I telephoned, they hung up on me. They also charged a fee for using credit card when they told me earlier that there would not be a fee. What they did, we could have done same with our vacuum cleaner.

I called them back and it took 2 weeks for them to come back out. the loud noise happened again shortly after. they came back one more time. basically said it was a mounting issue. its been loud ever since. I had already paid and knew I wasnt getring my money back. it's been 2 years and it's loud every time my air comes on. i called today. they looked up my service, had me on hold for 10 minutes in silence and hung up on me. I called back and could not get anyone on the phone. this is the poorest service and a complete waste of money. i wouldn't be shocked if they have done damage to my hvac but I guess I'll be calling my actual air tech on Monday and spending money for something I simply asked they come and remove but got hung up on for.
