Instead of standing behind their work, I was offered only a discounted follow-up service--which resulted in an even worse repair. Most concerning, I recently noticed an unexpected charge on my credit card for $133.15--the same amount as the original service--two years later. When I contacted the company, I was told this was a "warranty renewal." At no point did I agree to any renewal, recurring charge, or ongoing warranty arrangement. Based on my experience, this reflects a very concerning and, in my view, unethical business model--where customers may be charged for services they did not knowingly authorize. Between the poor workmanship, ineffective warranty handling, and lack of transparency around billing, I cannot recommend this business.
