So Georgia Coatings has the…read moreconsumer sign a contract and in the BACK of this CARBON COPY you sign (who writes on the back of a contract especially on carbon copy paper) it states you must go through the BBB arbitration process to remedy any issues you have with them(which caps out at $3500). They also do NOT show you nor give you the actual "warranty" until the job is complete then it is mailed stating that your payment in full was an agreement to their contract. More loop holes than a used car warranty! The company forced me to go through the long process of arbitration. I was awarded a small portion of the damages they caused and the to pay someone else to replace the boards I paid this company to fix. $1,466 to be exact. Even worse it's not even been a year and we are back to square one! The initial reason we made this $20,000 "investment" was because we had an issue with wood peckers getting through the siding but we were reassured that this product would remedy our issue and be good and guaranteed for at least 25 years...well not even one year later we have multiple holes in the siding again and the paint is chipping. This company has been deceptive and dishonest throughout the entire process. Save yourself the time and frustration this company did not provide skilled workers nor complete the scope of work paid for and they completely lied about their products ability and warranty.
