Bradford White representative Amy provided me with the correct part number to extend warranty out two years and four years. I provided City Plumbing sales counter the part number for the four year extended warranty because they did not offer the two year extension and I was quoted me $276 to extend my water heaters warranty four more years over manufacture warranty. I drove to City Plumbing today and the same part number to extend the warranty on my BW water heater by four years increased by $150. I asked Tim in counter sales why the same part number that I called about last week now costs more. He gave an answer but did not really explain the increase. I feel that the price of the warranty was marked up after the counter sales manager spoke to his BW representative for the Gainesville area. I did my due diligence and still ended up paying more than the estimate provided just a week earlier. Normally I have had not had any problems like this from City Plumbing. I'm curious as to what has changed in customer service to not stand behind pricing from a week before for identical product?

They lied to me directly and the "MOD", "Fives"? did not care about losing a customer, and more importantly customer First mentality. Details: Drove 50 miles (one way) for a set appointment for work on my iPhone needing a new battery. On arrival I was told the battery could be replaced within 1.5 hours, and they would get "it started right away" (I have the timestamped contract). I came back 2 hours later only to find it had not even been started yet. To make matters worse the MOD, Fives, said "I'm sorry and nothing can be done" only a reversal of the already charged replacement". I suggested a discount on the service due to the lie they told me and more importantly my loss of an afternoon of my time. I have also requested they remove my PII from all databases, datapoints. I recommend a total revamp of their thoughts on customer service. In the meantime, I hope this helps many steer clear of an unnecessary business with Best Buy.

We bought a door and a window that cost us almost $2000. It was literally only a couple hundred dollars than Home Depot. we called them one business day later and said we needed to return the window because it was not gonna work. They would not allow us to return a brand new window that we had just bought one business day earlier. They did offer a store credit, but what good is that when you have a window that you cannot use? buyer beware. I would not buy anything from these people.

From oven heating elements or dryer belts to refrigerator defrost timers and washing machine gaskets, these guys either have it in stock or will have it the next day. In today's world of ordering parts online from unknown appliance stores or faceless shopping sites, it is nice to visit a place like Fox Appliance where an actual experienced person will talk you through the repair you are doing and give you tips on how to make it go as smooth as possible. I hope these guys are around for a long time, because it seems like one of my appliances breaks about every six months. By the way, this location seems to have a good group of counter folks that know how to make you feel comfortable.
