I really enjoyed walking into this shop it felt like an old school Ice cream shop I mean the decor was so cool and a great place for fun pictures. I love when staff let you try samples it really helps in making the right choice. I got the banana cream pie and it was so good. I wish I didn't love ice cream so much but I'm glad I stopped in because this flavor was out of this world, never had it before. Thank you Beverly's this helped me cool down on a nice hot day.

This place is literally across the street from the beach and perfect for a cool down moment. I walked my daughter here more than once and we were pleased with each visit (new flavor each time) my personal fave was the strawberry Italian ice. The Beverly's neon sign also made for a beautiful photo opp. All the employees we encountered were super friendly and helpful which is surprising because we were in clearwater during spring break and it was extremely busy. Only thing I would say needs to improve here would be the toppings station - it was a bit messy and there was no boba (popular topping for ice cream and frozen yogurt) an easy way to keep up with topping usage would be to have each customer weigh their cup before paying and not charging individually for each topping of their choice. We will be return customers!!!

Finally after the July 4th weekend traffic and people were much less and we were finally able to sample Beverly's ice cream located below the Hyatt Hotel. A variety of both usual ice creams and many interesting ones like Tres leches sundae. We both enjoyed our ice reams and were bale to sit outside until finished. Courteous servers and they must have enjoyed the break from the long lines a few days ago.

Honestly this is the cutest ice cream shop I've ever seen! They have a variety of flavors you can choose from and you are allowed to taste test if you're not sure which one you want! I went with the salted caramel and it was absolutely delicious! Plus they have the cutest walls for pictures! It's definitely a stop whenever I'm back in Clearwater for some delicious ice cream and they also do have coffee too!

We stumbled across this place as we took an evening stroll from our hotel. Hubby can't see an ice cream spot and not get something sweet. He ordered a double scoop and the employee was nice enough to let him get the flavors in separate cups. DO NOT ORDER that Carmel Pretzel flavor. There are like giant Snyder pretzel pieces in the ice cream. I tried to take a bite and it was literally just pretzel. The other flavor we ordered was the peanut butter something .... It was the better of the two.

Super cute new ice cream spot in Clearwater Beach. It's centrally located at the bottom of the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Hotel. It's fun, bright, and clean when you walk in. They serve locally made in Sarasota - Big Olaf Ice cream. The ice cream flavors that grabbed my attention were Toasted Coconut, Key Lime Pie, Blueberry Cheesecake and Praline. I picked out the Blueberry Cheesecake ice cream. My fave part is they have good size pieces of the cheesecake in it. You can pick out a sundae and add from their toppings options. So happy to see this new ice cream spot on the beach. There are a handful of ice cream options on the beach and this one is perfectly located for many. There's outside seats with a nice view of the beach across the street.

Cute ice cream shop located right on corner of Hyatt Regency Clearwater property. A little bit pricey I think but the flavor are yummy. We came quite late, glad they still opened. Blueberry cheesecake for my husband and caught my attention was Coconut almond Joy ice cream. One scoop for each but good enough for our full stomach after dinner.

Four stars for excellent service and atmosphere! Such a cool spot on the beach and delicious flavors! Staff is so happy to help you and even take photos for you! We got pistachio, peanut butter, chocolate and raspberry. So delicious! Great spot and popular and smells divine! No wonder it's so popular! Refreshing ice cream that's perfect for a hot beach afternoon. Located near the beach, it has a great location, and very refreshing flavors! We got a couple of mixed desserts, and the best was the lemon sorbet, especially when paired with a creamier ice cream. It cuts through the creamy flavours and contrasts nicely, helping enhance both flavours well. Seating is on the outside, and not so well maintained though. read more

My first time here in Clearwater, Florida and we needed a dessert spot to go to for ice cream and walked by this place. Service was quick and easy. The staff members were all so helpful and recommended which ice cream to get. All the flavors sounded so good but I ordered the coconut and pistachio flavor half half and that was delicious. Place was nicely decorated and really clean. I actually came back here the next day after dinner to watch the sunset. Highly recommend! I will be back here in March for spring training! read more

Honestly this is the cutest ice cream shop I've ever seen! They have a variety of flavors you can choose from and you are allowed to taste test if you're not sure which one you want! Nice little place near clearwater beach. Very friendly staff, gentleman named Orlando and a lady helped us out. Lots of new ice cream options I haven't tasted before. I got an affogato vanilla caramel with cappuccino which has just enough caffeine to keep you going. Family also ordered a banana split which was really good. Prices are fair overall very satisfied was a nice way to end the night. read more

Beverly's Ice Cream shop is right across the street from the beach, and they have outdoor seating with shade. I almost ordered the non-PC sounding Plantation Praline, but instead went for a single scoop of birthday cake ice cream. It tasted very good - but then ice cream usually does. One thing that might have improved my experience would be for the ice cream to come in a larger cup. My ice cream was packed into a small cup and so, when it started to melt (something that can happen quickly in the Florida heat), it melted over the side and started dripping. read more

Super delicious ice cream with some unique flavors. Very accommodating, friendly and patient servers- we watched the customer before us ask for a taste of every flavor in the case, and the server didn't even bat an eyelash. Cute interior and decor. No real seating area inside, so customers were sitting outside. The price was a wee but high than we're accustomed to, but understandable during this time of inflation. Highly recommend if you don't mind the price and sitting out in the warmth! The flavors we both got were unbelievably delicious! read more

Our family stayed at the Hyatt and we were all craving ice cream. The shop is super cute. It is at the beach, so prices are a little higher but weren't bad. You can get an ice cream and then cross the street and watch the sun set or vice versa, which we did:) read more

Many flavors to chose from and many different ways you can get your ice cream! First time there ans I got the brownie Sundae and it did not disappoint. The second time I just did a single scoop and it was plenty. The staff was super friendly and both times I went the line moved really fast. Parking can be challenging sometimes if thats all your coming for and not just walking from the beach. read more

This place is worth it! The ice cream is on point!! I had the pralines in cream and all I can say is, DELICIOUS!!!! I was going to get two scoops but hit when I saw the first scoop I knew it was more than enough before dinner...yes I sometimes eat dessert before dinner. Lol she asked if I wanted an ice cream cone and I see why. The scoops are huge, the ice cream melts quickly so a waffle cone is a good idea. The strawberry shortcake looks amazing. The brown one sundae looked amazing. I would definitely come back and I definitely recommend it! lol read more

He's irrelevant to the story other than to say, at one point, he was about 50 feet away from us and couldn't say hello. Who doesn't say hello? Anyway, the better half and I had a free night and decided to ask the front desk guy, at our local chateau, if he could recommend a place for good Italian food. Let's just say he's lucky he wasn't at the front desk when we got back. He would've received a good stern talking to. The place looks great and the bread was really good. This is the point in the story where it slowly descended into an experience that was comical if it weren't true. Actually, pretty funny. She ordered the shrimp scampi and I ordered the chicken parm. Orders come out, look great! Now we dig in. As I started to hack into the chicken, I didn't realize this was going to be the highlight. It was ok. You know when you're really hungry and anything is good? It was that level of good. The amount of pasta was tiny but whatever because the sauce was average too. That said, between the CEO of my household and I, we powered through my dish. Now you're probably thinking, "why is she assisting me with my meal when she has her own waiting for her?" Well, I'll explain. She started her scampi which had next to no garlic and stopped eating. She politely offered me a small piece and that's when I realized why she was ripping through my chicken parm. After a small bite, I rescinded my acceptance and returned the partially eaten piece to her plate. Now we're like, gosh darnit. Maybe we should have ordered something different or just asked for more bread instead. Here comes the greeter/manager...We weren't going to say anything but then he comes over and asks us what's wrong because only half of 1 shrimp was consumed. My domestic overlord is trying to be polite and won't say anything. Manager insists. I lower my voice so no one else can hear and just tell him it just wasn't great. When he asked what was wrong with it, I try to avoid saying it but he insists. Who am I to deny a man such a request? At that point I explain that the shrimp was rubbery (if you've ever wondered what it's like to chew on a rubber band that's been lightly buttered, look no further). When I mentioned the issue, we weren't looking for a freebie; we simply thought maybe--just maybe--he'd offer to swap it for something edible. Instead, the manager looked at us as if he had just witnessed us kicking puppies and got super defensive. Not kidding. My life supervisor and I started to chuckle because we couldn't understand the reaction. Not, "I'm so sorry, can I get you something different?" or "I'm so sorry I can have another made for you." Instead, he decides to educate us on how it's one of their best dishes and everyone loves it. "Everyone". I explain I've eaten shrimp scampi all my life and this one was not too good. It's not like we ate the dish. We ate half of 1 shrimp. He looks at me in disgust and say's "from here??" Of course not. Folks, after what I've just said, what could ever make me want to try it a second time? For those of you keeping score out there, having to saw through a piece of shrimp and then chewing on it like it's gum, just to break it down, doesn't scream "mmmmm, delicious". So now he's apoplectic and decides to comp the meal like he was doing us a grand favor, even after we explicitly said that wasn't what we were asking for. It felt like we were hosting an intervention and the guest of honor denies everything that's in front of him because he knows better than everyone else. I mean, I'm happy I didn't have to pay for it but just some acknowledgment that MAYBE it was just a bad day for shrimp scampi would have worked. Apparently that was too avant-garde. Moral to the story...if you ask for feedback and then insist on the specifics, don't then get all irate. Between the incomprehensible welcome, the rubbery seafood, and the gaslighting, it's a no for me, Chuck. And to those of you who think the scampi at this place is good, maybe rethink your life choices. By the way, the chicken parm was edible. 2 stars? Maybe 3 for the effort.

I found myself wishing that they had more canned and bottled beers to take with me, since there were a couple beers I really liked in my flight that I had no way to take home (since they told us they don't do growlers/crowlers). I was a little disappointed in the service here. The bartender barely acknowledged us, and then when two regulars walked in they had their full attention. I still like their beer, but I don't see another good reason to visit this place in person again. Their location is really nice, and I'm sure that it's nice to watch the sunset from while sipping a beer, so that's probably the only reason I'd go back.
