You have to do some homework, prepare it for pictures and visit, I follow the pricing from zillow and realtor.com and start get offer on the week end following my open house. I use the contract they make available on their platform and use their GPT chat to reviews the differents offers received. We closed in 2 months and now looking to buy our new home. I paid this flat-fee MLS company to list my condo on Realtracs. From day one, they refused to approve my submission because I used an interior photo as the primary image. Their "Customer Relations Manager" (Yaelyn) initially insisted: "For listings entered into Realtracs MLS, the first (primary) photo is required to be an exterior photo of the property. This is not a preference or internal policy -- it is an MLS compliance requirement." She warned of fines, compliance notices, forced re-ordering by Realtracs, and syndication failures. That was a complete fabrication. After repeated emails and me citing the actual Realtracs Rules and Regulations (Section 2.20 - the current version as of December 2025 has NO requirement for an exterior primary photo), the same person - now signing as "Supervisor" - finally admitted: "the published MLS rules may not explicitly prohibit an interior photo from being used as the first image." In other words, they knowingly misrepresented Realtracs rules to enforce their own unnecessary internal policy. My listing sat stalled in "verification" for weeks because of this made-up rule. Thousands of active Realtracs listings use interior primary photos with zero issues - because the MLS allows it. When I demanded a refund and cancellation, they dragged their feet. This company prioritizes hiding behind fake "compliance" excuses over honest, straightforward service. They wasted my time, delayed my sale in a hot market, and flat-out lied about what the MLS requires. If you want a flat-fee service that invents rules, misleads customers, and holds your listing hostage - this is the one. Everyone else: steer clear. There are plenty of honest flat-fee providers who follow the actual MLS guidelines. read more

Beware of this company. The majority of the forms available on their portal are outdated. When asked for the updated revision, I was advised Beycome does not service California anymore and that I should contact a realtor or go on the internet to find the forms. I finally found a person who would give me the updated versions. However, I did not get all the requested copies for I was told the buyer's agent should provide the forms. If this is correct, then why does Beycome have that form listed on their portal. Also, if Beycome does not provide any assistance/guidance (I purchased the $99 package...list the property and provide forms) then why am I being provided guidance on them telling me the buyer's agent should provide the forms. What if the buyer did not have an agent. I was also given incorrect information. I was initially advised that Beycome had to be listed on the sales contract. When the contract was sent to Beycome for signature, I was told to take Beycome's name off the contract because they are not representing me. This required an addendum to the contract to take Beycome's name off. Well, the addendum on the portal was outdated and the buyer's agent was gracious enough to provide the current version. At the end, I asked to either provide me with the requested forms or refund. I was advised a refund could not be issued because Beycome's name was on the contract and that was not possible. When I told Beycome their name was deleted from the contract, so there should be no issue, no refund was issued. I had to contact my credit card company to assist in a partial refund. If you use this company, I hope you have better luck. read more

Beycome has gone downhill to the point of BREACH OF CONTRACT! I've listed 4 properties w/ Beycome. Most recently it took 18 days from time of payment on 7/6/2024 to put me on the market and now the technology is not relaying any msgs to me from interested buyers- 12 days on market and 0 inquiries relayed to me including the 3 inquiries that I had friends test. Their customer service phone number went unanswered for 14 minutes but their new sales line picks up right away but the sales agent hung up and blocked me. I've tried calling 23 times in the last 24 hours to no success. I've sent and received a dozen emails- zero action or resolution from Beycome I've asked them to lower the price 2 days ago and it has not been done. This is a $900,000 huge mistake and Beycome could care less! Finally a hour ago I got a call back from Steve at Beycome- he admitted 3 weeks was too long to get listed on MLS and he admitted 2 days was too long for a price adjustment. He offered zero resolution, laughed at me, said, what do you expect for $99? (I bought the $399 package plus drone). Steve was clueless as to the negative effects of Beycomes shortcomings. I spent $5,000 in interest while I thought my house was in the market and I took a $30,000 price reduction to make up for lost time. It was a horrible experience, I have had to cancel my listing agreement, and I am now starting over from scratch after losing a potential month on market. From what I could see my home was listed on all the channels, but getting through to an agent was bit of a hassle. The main reason for the low review is because they have a refund policy that if you do not receive any valid offers in 90 days, they will refund your money. For over a month I have made 3 phone calls requesting a refund, each call has assured me that I should receive that in 3-4 days, which I never did receive the refund. I finally contacted by credit card company, and they are intervening for me. read more
