This is my first ever Yelp review, but the service I received here was so excellent that I felt the need to sing their praises (especially as I found them through Yelp in the first place). A colleague at a different organization had suffered a loss in her family and we wanted to send her flowers. The only address I had for her initially was her home address, which was near this florist. I ordered flowers through them, but then I realized that it didn't quite make sense to leave flowers at this person's home unattended when they might be gone for a week for the funeral. The florist not only helped me work through these issues in a very kind and thoughtful manner, but eventually delivered the flowers to the person's work--and waived the charges for delivering outside of their zone. They also kept me updated throughout the delivery and sent me pictures to reassure me that the delivery was being handled well. Could not praise them higher and I strongly recommend you use them. read more
