Spoke with Dianne over the phone as I wanted to have flowers delivered to my ex-mother-in-law as she's suffering from dementia and had just been admitted for the first time to a nursing home. Did not receive any notifications of when it was about to be delivered or received either. I ordered a blue arrangement and when my friend sent me the picture, it was mostly green.
