This was the best flower buying experience I've ever had. Needed a bouquet for my mom in a rehab facility nearby. Florist knew not only the place, but actually suggested I purchase a less expensive arrangement because a bigger one wouldn't fit on the counter surface at the rehab facility. She was so right too! I asked for a general idea with a cute little bird I saw online on a different arrangement and she was more than happy to accommodate. The bouquet was beautiful and very impressive for the price! I will absolutely shop here again!! Thank you Dream Petals!
Thank you to Dianne and Dream Petals Floral for providing such wonderful service, and for creating a beautiful bouquet that made my mom's birthday so special. My mom loves flowers, and because I live in Los Angeles, I've struggled for years to find a reliable way to send her bouquets on special occasions. I've often resorted to places like 1-800-FLOWERS or Urban Stems because it's so difficult to arrange delivery with local shops, especially from across the country. I've consistently overpaid for bouquets that arrive looking nothing like the online photo, which is frustrating, disappointing, and embarrassing. I'm so grateful I found Dream Petals! My order experience here was simple and seamless - they put together a fantastic bouquet for a much more reasonable price, and delivered it quickly and reliably. Additionally, when I ran into a small issue with my order (my dad received the delivery and didn't mention it my mom, so for a moment we thought the flowers had been delivered to the wrong address!), they were super response and helpful. Obviously we resolved it quickly, and though it had nothing to do with their service, Dianne and her staff were incredibly gracious about the misunderstanding. If you're reading this review and considering placing an order, please do so with no reservations! A friend who lives in Colorado recently sent me some get well flowers from DPF and let me tell you, 10 days later they are still thriving! My friend said the transaction with DPF was great as well. Highly recommend and will keep them in mind for any needs I might have in the future.
Decided my wonderful boss needed some flowers to remind her how much I value her as a leader and friend! I went online and it lead me to this fabulous flower shop. I was immediately greeted upon entering by the owner of the shop. She took great care of me. She asked specific questions of what I was looking for which included the price range. That's pretty dang cool! I told her the colors and time frame I needed them sent. My boss loves green! I asked her if she could please send me pictures of the end product. She sent me photos of her work, as did my boss! Can you believe they deliver the flowers free of charge!! What a deal considering gas prices! This store delivered as stated. Customer service is top notch as is the price. I received more then I ever expected. Everything was just right, thank you for being such a user friendly business! Most of all I appreciate the follow through. The arrangement was beautiful with just enough color for it to pop! Great customer service with that special touch! We ordered flowers for a funeral from Dream Petals. We saw the reviews and decided to try them. We just received a picture of them from our brother. They look amazing. I always worry about ordering flowers and having them be a tiny little arrangement and not at all what I want. I didn't need to worry. It is a huge arrangement and looks just like the picture online. I was very impressed and very happy.
We wanted to send a sympathy arrangement to our niece and we didn't really know what to send. We ordered the florist's choice and my niece was very happy with the beautiful flowers they delivered. She sent us a note of thanks with a picture of the arrangement. Highly recommendE this florist for their creativity and high quality flowers. Same day delivery when I ordered in the morning.
My mom purchased a beautiful fall arrangement from here for my birthday. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and smelled heavenly. The beautiful two-toned roses really brought it all together. The flower arrangements we ordered for my mother-in-law exceeded my expectations. They look more beautiful and well put together than advertised. A few weeks ago I stopped in and needed an arrangement for my mother-in-law, who was in the hospital. There was nothing immediately available. I sent these flowers today for my daughter that was having a rough time. I ordered off of the website last night and was really afraid that they weren't going to be as pretty as the picture, but I gave them a shot, my daughter FaceTimed me to show me the flowers. Spoke with Dianne over the phone as I wanted to have flowers delivered to my ex-mother-in-law as she's suffering from dementia and had just been admitted for the first time to a nursing home. Dianne was very accommodating and even agreed to customize a smaller arrangement that I asked her to make for my ex-MIL's new 84 year old roommate so she wouldn't feel left out. My friend recently moved to Texas. I decided to search around for a local florist instead of buying from big chains for a housewarming gift. After searching several florists, I opted for Dream Petals based on pricing, arrangement presentation, and free local delivery. I didn't receive a text or email with a picture of my arrangement before it was delivered as described in other reviews. I'm not sure if that is something you need to request. Did not receive any notifications of when it was about to be delivered or received either. I ordered a blue arrangement and when my friend sent me the picture, it was mostly green. I understand it won't always match the picture based on floral availability but it would've been nice to know in advance. Overall, the arrangement still looks good and will look better once it blooms. My recommendation to the florist is to increase communication for better customer service. read more

Wow! I made an order online, as I live out of state. I've had bad experiences with the corporate flower companies that sell arrangements throughout the US, so of course I was a little skeptical at first. I needed a quick turnaround for a memorial service. I ordered and arrangement late on a Friday evening and they delivered it promptly the next day. I had also asked for a photo of the arrangement because I chose the daily deal and was curious to see what it turned out like. I've attached the photo to my review - it was beautiful! They went above and beyond. No part of the order guaranteed I would see what the arrangement looked like. That was an extra step they took to provide excellent customer service. Thank you!! read more

Wow! This florist is amazing!! I didn't know any local florists so I got on Yelp and found Dream Petals. I will never use anyone else! I ordered online and had a call within the hour from the florist apologizing that they didn't have enough of the same flower for the arrangement I requested (it was a one flower arrangement). She made a suggestion for an alternate that was even more beautiful! Then in an hour or two later, I got a text from the husband of my recipient that they had received the flowers & they truly were beautiful! Plus, delivery was free since it was local. Great customer service! I called this morning around 10am and wanted to surprise my girlfriend with flowers. I told the kind owner that I wanted to spend around 40 dollars. She had the flowers delivered with in the next hour!!! Crazy fast!! Also the flowers were far behind what I expected! It looked like I spent 100 dollars, seriously I have never had a florist creat something that nice for 40 dollars! Got me extra brownie points with the girlfriend for sure!! I ordered a "florist designed bouquet" from From You Flowers for my mother's 65th birthday. It was $39.99. Even if you want a bunch of tulips instead of a designed bouquet, they don't cost $39.99. They delivered a bunch of tulips stuffed in a vase. The only good thing is that she never saw it. Now I have to go buy flowers and make my own. I would never order from them or Dream Petals again. read more

These were delivered on Mother's Day!!! I was not home and the thoughtful deliveryman texted and left a phone message requesting a call back to set up a delivery so the flowers would arrive fresh. Well, I can't say enough good things about Dream Petals Floral in Allen. I ordered an arrangement for my wife on our 28th anniversary last Friday. I looked at their website and picked "Romance of Roses" and then talked to Diane (owner) the morning of our anniversary. She was extremely nice and accommodating. I told her to use "Romance of Roses" as a guideline and do what she could to make it special. I arrived about 4pm that afternoon and WOW!! It was not only gorgeous, but also twice the size I expected! My wife was stunned when we arrived at the hotel to find this arrangement on the coffee table. Dream Petals and Diane have definitely won my business in the future and passing it along to all my friends in the area as well. read more
