Planned a wedding and used them for the flowers and decorating a gazebo. They basically dropped the ball completely on decorating the gazebo. I went in the day before the wedding to pay for it and they had no idea what I was talking about. They had given me an estimate and I had approved it. They could not give me an estimate the day I was in the store so they called me with the estimate.Then, they said they would talk to the manager and call me back. They never called me, I had to call them to see if they were going to decorate it the day before the wedding. Be aware if you are doing a wedding, they may not be ready. It ends up looking all jumbled with single words on a line and other words with no spaces. I called In Bloom about this problem and they assured me they would fix it. I asked for them to give me a call to ensure the card didn't look like the online version. They assured me they would. They never did. 2. The website assured me of a same day delivery if the order was placed before 2pm. They didn't follow through. 3. When I called to ask why it wasn't delivered, they said they would deliver it the next day. I asked for them to call me when they were delivering the flowers and they never did. The woman on the phone were nice enough but overall, I'm very disapointed with their customer service. read more

I've driven pass this place for over 10 years now, so I finally decided to walk in to get an arrangement for my parents' anniversary. Right when I walked in, I was greeted by the staff and was helped right away. They went over the arrangements they already had made and worked with my budget to make sure I was satisfied with my order. They helped put the arrangement in a box holder and wrapped it with a ribbon of my choice and gave me a card as well to add. I tried using the yelp code that you get when you check in, but they weren't able to use it; however, I was given a punch card where you get a stamp for every $20 you spend and one you get 6 or so you get a $30 credit! The associate at the counter didn't know what the coupon was all about so he asked the supervisor for help. The supervisor said it was a single rose even though the coupon said "floral bouquet".
