I was shopping for wigs and I saw one on the second shelf and asked the owner if he would hand it to me, so I could read the product label. He told me he could not take it down. Silly me went out on a limb and asked if I could try on the wig. The Store Owner said no. I ask him how does he expect people to buy wigs if they are not permitted to see how they fit their head or match the shape of their face. He just shrugged his shoulders and said that's the store policy. I politely let him know that his policy with me was not very nice and I would not spend anymore money with here and tell others not to either. I believe this was a classic case of discrimination. I could be wrong. When you try on wigs you wear a wig cap. You usually purchase one from the wig store. I was prepared to buy one or the flesh tone cap which are $1.99 2pk or use the one I carry with me when I'm wig shopping. DO NOT SHOP AT BEAUTY EXPRESSThey pick and choose who and when to be nice.
