Please take notice that this shop is under new management. The owner is very thoughtful and accommodating. I had an amazing deluxe pedicure. Probably one of the best 12 min foot massages in life. My only "complaint" is the way my nails and toes did not match. The powder I selected was beautiful, but when she opened the jar, it was empty. I had to find a similar hue and it wasn't really what I wanted. Nor the nail shape of my refill. I asked for a round shape but not stilettos and the employee talked me I to keeping squoval. My 18 year old daughter just got her nails and toes done by a very unprofessional female staff member. not only did she have a bad attitude, her service was sub-par. An hour after leaving the salon, my daughter's "dip" polish was completely peeling off of the middle nail so she returned to attempt to have it fixed only to get a beyond rude response. It is very unfortunate that Tanya left... Had a new guy do my nails this morning and I was not impressed. My nails were left very thick, he cut me underneath one of my nails, and never asked me if I liked the shape or anything. I also had to deal with the intense smell of cigarette smoke... I tried filing my nails down when I got home but they are so thick and not fixable on my own. Definitely will not be going back here any longer. I was in town visiting my father and decided to get nails done. I found this place on yelp and called and made an appointment. I walked in to a very warm greeting and was seated right away in a nice chair for my pedicure. I was offered a drink and began to relax. This place was amazing. Today I was at BBNS in Dickinson (out of my way, live in Tuscan Lakes) and had the worst experience. Mind you, I have followed Tanya all over the League City area for many years. She is the best at doing nails, but have noticed a big change in her attitude since buying her own Nail Salon. I know it can be stressful, especially with having such a slow start, along with location is an issue for parking, but you still have to be nice and respectful to current customers. She needs to listen to their wants and needs, such as designs or just fix what they feel needs to filed a bit more without attitude. As for my $65 pedicure with David, that has shoulder message included, went all to hell for me. I even asked the owner, Tanya, to have him leave out my shoulder message and I would just do the pedicure just under that price. I asked David to message my legs instead of just rubbing them with lotion and he proceeds to put fingers together and squeeze my leg in an up and down manner over and over. At that point, I asked him to just stop and paint my toes. Didn't even let him do my other leg. Tanya proceeded to let me know that I would still pay full price for the pedicure due to products, which I said ok assuming it would be at the next level price. At checkout she still charged me full price for the $65 pedicure, which I had asked her to simply bring me down to the next level that didn't include the shoulder message. She would not budge either. I will never go back and that is not how a business should treat their customers and expect them to return. I guess it's true, when you assume without question, it will bite you in the ass. Nice place but don't bother making an appointment online. When I arrived they acted like they had no idea I had an appointment and then didn't start my nails with my pedicure. I was told the girl was out a half hour into my pedicure. I will return but if they are going to push this online system they need to be able keep up with it. read more

They could NOT find the matte topper you one have one matte topper in the whole salon???!!! I was going to get my nails done to but after them messing up my toes and not "finding" the matte topper, that was a pass for me. Unorganized place. Nina is the absolute best! A girl came in the store I was working in and her nails were beautiful so I asked her who did them. She referred me to this shop. I sat in Nina's chair and was not disappointed. I've been back several times to her. They have a system where you collect points and you get a discount on your services. Unlike most salons it doesnt take 10 trips to get the discount. I dont know the name of the lady that has done my pedicures but they have lasted at least 3 weeks. The lash tech is also great I've only gotten strips but they've stayed on a long time. Definitely recommend this shop! read more

usually when i go i'm never disappointed when i leave.. at least not as much as i was the other day when i left. when i walked in some of the nail techs were sorting the powder and they gave each other a look and talked and then helped me. i could tell the nail tech i got looked new but i didn't want to judge a book by its cover.. so i gave it a chance and told her i was getting shellac and she only gave me one ring of the many samples they had and when i asked "is this all you have?" my nail tech said "yes" and another nail tech tried taking my samples from me for a customer that had 3-4 others at her table. i brushes that off and just picked some colors closest to what i wanted and went about my stay. then when my nail tech filed my nails half of them were crooked and none of them are the same shape. i tried telling her and she just said "you want me to file more?" and "yes, it's crooked" i at least wanted that fixed and she didn't seem to understand what i was saying and filed it crooked again but a little better so i just continued to go about my day and let her do her thing bc as long as my nails look good i'll be okay until i need to get them redone. well she did my nails and i've never hated them more. they always start off rough but end looking really good if not amazing. and these, i can barely look at my hands because they looked so bad to me. i didn't want to make a scene with all the people there and be rude telling her to get another person to do my nails mostly because i was with my friend. but it's just shellac, it's very hard to mess up but somehow this nail tech did. she never asked if i wanted a drink, if i liked my nails, she never even talked other than me telling her my nail was crooked and she didn't know why i was holding my hand up. i feel like they gave me the least experienced person because of my age and i know that sounds rude but there were so many other nail techs there.. maybe it was my luck of the draw but when i walked in there were two other nail techs right next to her and i got her.. i got them done two days ago.. this is how they look now and one chipped on my right hand yesterday! i've never been more disappointed with my nails here along with all my friends. i spent $40 and never regretted it more. i know she put time and work but it looks like she didn't even care how they turned out. if it wasn't rude to not tip i wouldn't have. i've worked food industry for almost 2 years now so i know how rude it is to not tip. i'm going to get them redone in the next few days with my friend somewhere else. i work 45-60 hours a week and that was the only morning i had time in weeks for them and i was so excited at first but now i can't even look at them.. i wish i could get a refund or something because if i knew my nails were going to look like this i never would've went in and spent $40 i would've saved my time and bad review and experience for another day which should be never. read more
