I told her I wanted a French tip nail and this is what she gave me. The next day I came in asking for a refund or for them to completely take it off my Nails And to get a new set she would not give me a refund, I mean, who wants their nails looking like this this is absolutely unacceptable and terrible, they do not use sterile supplies, when going to nail shops, you were supposed to see them open a sterile pack with the supplies that they're about to use, they do not do that. WHERE THE HELL IS THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT! Not only is this nail spa filthy, so are most!!!! I went to get a mani, pedi and lip wax on Tuesday morning with very bad results! Ben did the mani (fill) and not a good job of it! Every nail was left ridged an had to file them all when I got home! That was $55.00!!! The pedi was just ok, she rushed through the process leaving the bottom of my feet rough!!! ($45.00) THEN, I was ushered to the wax room, which is very nasty!!! I asked the tech NOT to use baby oil on my face as I am allergic. She proceeded in waxing my brows, which went fine. Then, my upper lip where she put such a thick layer of hot wax that she ripped large pieces of my skin off and proceeded to bleed! At that point, she pulled an open container of Neosporin, put a small amount on her finger and started to rub it on my lip. WHO DOES THIS???? The nail tech Ben walked in off the street and never washed his hands, nor wore gloves, the pedicurist wore no gloves and the wax tech wore no gloves! I have yet to call the State Health Department but due to the injuries that I sustained, I WILL REPORT NAIL HUT AND SPA! read more

I liked the atmosphere and the tech did everything I asked for. I love the shape it's exactly what I wanted. I asked the base price for a full set with shellac and was told $55. Not even 5 minutes later she said it was gonna be $65. I was confused and asked why and she said because of the shape/length. I told her I've never heard of being up charged due to shaping; she saw the length and shape I had previously so I assumed she would have known that is my preference. I hate when shops tell you one thing then try to change the price it makes me feel like they're taking advantage. After I showed my concern she got a little pissy but oh well. I had made this shop my regular spot right after their grand opening. After going here at least twice a month for nails, pedi and full face wax, I stopped by and asked would I be able to get my nails done. I was told yes,but it would be 30 minutes, so I waited. I didn't need a pedi at this time. But I decided to get one, since they offered.After the pedi and about 45 minutes waiting the tech came and got me and I sat in her chair. She was just getting started and the manager came over and asked me could I come back in an hour or two or next week. What ? She said someone was supposed to be next. Unbelievable after the wait. I've gone here several times and each time it seems I choose a color but what I end up choosing is old globby polish (but I can't tell that from just choosing color). So therefore the pedicure doesn't end up looking great. I feel like whoever uses the polish last and sees that's it's globby and near impossible to work with, should toss it in the trash. HORRIBLE! First off, I made an appointment and we were not seated for over 30 after our appointment time. Second, my pedicure was super rushed. Third, my feet look horrible-- there is flaking skin on the bottom of my feet, my nails are shaped in diagonals, and my nails (not even the polish) look like they're chipping. I showed them the bottoms of my feet and how horrible the flaking skin was so someone came back to fix it and the minimum was done and NOTHING was fixed. It seemed more that the person giving my pedicure was in a rush to finish than actually provide a service. There were 4 adults and 1 child and my pedicure was finished first. We went bc of the children's chairs but the horrible pedicure is not worth the children's chairs. I don't mind paying for a service, but it is extremely frustrating to pay for something that you could have done a better job at yourself. I was paying for a service, not a hurried negative experience. We hadn't been since before COVID so I didn't remember how poor of a job is done. I am now remembering we found another place with children's chairs bc of the poor service provided. We will NOT be returning and I will ensure that I do not recommend this establishment to anyone. read more

I just moved to the neighborhood near by and I was excited to have a nail place so close to home, I went 3 times and absolutely LOVE it. The fourth time I went the top coat on my dip nails wasn't smooth and I didn't realize it til later in the evening, I went back the next day to hopefully get it fixed. The gentleman at the front claimed he could "fix" my top coat... he sat me and I saw him talking to the techs and they were laughing and giggling...I should have walked away then.. but I stayed and of course the top coat he "fixed" was horrible, it was all over my cuticles. Got my nails done on a Wednesday (I got gel) the nail polish started peeling off that same night. I went back the next day so they could fix it, the same thing happened to 2 more of my nails. I went back for a 3rd time in 3 days and simply asked them to take off the polish and redo it, then was told i'd have to pay for a whole new set. The worst experience of my life. Not only was the female OWNER the one to do my nails, she was the least professional person I have ever encountered. I asked for a full set with regular polish and her and the tech next to her talked about how I was being cheap (price wasn't the issue, I just wanted to be able to change my polish often). She did them so thin that the were breaking within the first hour of having them done and the shape was inconsistent. I was so excited to bring my boyfriend here for pedicures prior to this experience. After this experience I went and read all the reviews all saying the same thing. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! This is by far the worst experience I have ever had! I walked in at 6:30 for a soak off, new full set and a pedicure. I made sure to let the lady that welcomed me in and she said it was fine that they could do it and made me choose my color. I waited 30 mins before they finally sat me down and started on my pedi. I was thrown off a bit because I was expecting to get my nails soak while they worked on my feet, and I mentioned it to this customer sitting next to me and soon after that they started talking in their language and here comes this guy (I'm guessing the manager) and tells me that they can't do my nails because he cant get any of his employees to stay and do my nails because it's already late, after the lady in the front said they WOULD!!! Need to mention that I was furious because they had me waiting thinking I was getting everything done!! He was so rude! And then the lady that was doing my pedi left so much dead skin behind after I constantly pointed it out and kept telling her, and not only to her I told another employee as well. NEVER AGAIN! They took me to a chair with someone else's dirty towels there. They picked them up, no big deal. I wish I could remember the name of the tech that did my nails because he completely BUTCHERED my pinky nail. He filed down one side of my nail completely raw and barely filed the other side due to the fact that he had cut me multiple times. Not to mention, he didn't even bother to apologize.
