I typically go to the Pearland Pkwy Cinderella Nails because its a little closer to my home. Yesterday was my second visit to this location. Both times were calm and relaxing. The Pearland Pkwy one can sometimes be a tad bit too rowdy/busy for me. I went to this location early on a Tuesday and they were able to assist me right away. Not sure how busy they get on weekends. Omg! Tiffany did such an amazing job on my Mani/pedi. The heels of my feet are super smooth and she matched my toenail color perfectly to my fingernails. While we're on the topic of perfection, my nails are exactly just that. So pretty and I cannot stop staring at them. Not to mention Tiffany was super pleasant, calm, relaxing, helpful and just overall wonderful. We didn't talk much but just enough, which I like and appreciate. I love to listen to a podcast or audiobook while getting my nails done and Tiffany provided the perfect experience for me to do so. The worse mani/pedi experience ever. Unless you're a loyal customer and you've been consistently satisfied with their service, DON'T BOTHER COMING HERE. After reading reviews on Yelp, I was skeptical but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because this was recommended to me by someone I knew. To give you some background, I hardly EVER get a mani/pedi at a nail salon. Most of the time, if I do go to a salon, I get shellac. I didn't want to this time because removing it is annoying. This past Saturday, I went in for my appointment for a classic mani/pedi. I got the pedicure done first, the nail tech was nice. Although she was pretty weak when massaging my legs but whatever, I've had better. Rather than going to the manicure table, I stayed at the pedicure chair. I awkwardly positioned both of my hands to my left side so she can start on my manicure. She asked me why I didn't get shellac twice and I told her I didn't want to. She RUSHED the manicure, it was so sloppy. There were clearly streaks on my left index finger and I had her correct it twice, but it still turned out the same. You can also see indentions when she painted my nails, it was not smooth at all. I just wanted a classic mani with a smooth and even coat. Is something as basic as that too much to ask for? I told the receptionist I didn't have time for her to fix this because I was short on time. The receptionist told me I could come in the next day to get it fixed at no charge. I specifically requested to have a different nail tech as well. On Sunday, I arrive and showed a different receptionist what my nails looked like. I got another nail tech and told her how I wanted a smooth, even coat because the initial paint job was AWFUL. This nail tech said she didn't need to repaint it and that she can remove the streaks to make it glossy. I trusted her since she's the professional. She ended up giving me shellac. My mani was a little less uneven but you can still see streaks underneath and uneven coat. The nail tech kept saying that my nails looked dull, so that's why she gave me shellac to make it shiny. I did not care that it looked dull, I wanted a smooth, even coat of polish on my nails. I DID NOT NEED shellac. If only the first nail tech did a good job in the first place. They "tried" but it wasn't what I wanted. I should have been more assertive with the second nail tech because it only needed to be repainted. They just wanted to be done with me. Very bad first (and second) experience. Never coming back. read more

First time here! I got a refill and color change (colored powder), my nail tech was so patient!! I sometimes feel rushed at other salons when it comes to picking a color but my nail tech (I think her name was Mary) was so kind and even tested the colors on my nails to see if I liked it. The service was really good and they have a point system which is cool! As for my nails they were a refill from another salon so I do believe my nails would've been even better if they were a full set, but anyways I love the color. And the THIN application!!! I went for a full arm wax. During the service, the tech was trying to peel off excess wax that was left on my arm by pinching at my skin. Later her service caused my arm to bruise. I asked for a refund and the owner said no because "there is no way someone gets bruised from a wax". They also asked the tech what happened and she lied and said I came in like that. I hate to leave a negative review but this was the worst manicure I've ever received. Because of the pandemic, I hardly get my nails done and I was treating myself for my birthday. The manicure took 25 minutes from the time I sat down until I was done. My nails are all different shapes and sizes. They are uneven and the powder doesn't fully extend across all my nails. She didn't do anything to my cuticles. She looked mad and was unpleasant the entire time. At the end, the receptionist asked how my experience was and I told her it was unsatisfactory and she did not do anything to fix the situation. I usually always bleed very easily but she does an amazing job every time and she knows how to get it done fast without sacrificing technique! My nails always last 4wks or more. Couldn't give me the nail design I originally asked for. Ended up settling for nails I wasn't crazy about. Nails grew out in a decent amount of time but shortly after they had come off, I noticed my nails starting to turn yellow in the spot where they would have grown out to. Not sure what glue they use but I wouldn't recommend this place over all. Check out miracle nails by Walmart, they're great and don't turn your nails yellow! I made an appointment here for my stepdaughter to get her first set of acrylics for her Birthday (We had been saying no for 2 years). After talking with the nail tech, she recommended doing an overlay instead which worked out great because it will do less damage and ended up costing less. First time to use Cinderella. Never again. Just a walk in so I had Mary to do my pedicure. i said just a classic pedicure would be fine. First the water soak was so hot she had to put cold water in. She started cutting my toenails which are so very short. She cut and made one toe bleed that I did not see until I got home. The nails were left rough on the edges. She barely scraped my heels and proceeded with the oil she put on my legs. No massage, just a hot towel draped over my legs for no more than 45 seconds. She said you are done. No polish? I had asked for clear and she told me natural was better. She finally painted my nails and then left me to put my own shoes on over my newly painted nails. She saw this and returned to help me with my shoes messing my new polish up, even though, just clear, No offer to touch up. So much for Cinderella. Did not leave a tip for this lady. Nice enough. The prices are about average. The ambiance is fine, except the rooms are so divided depending on your service. Went with a friend for manicures- I was getting a shellac and she was getting a powder overlay, so we got put in different service areas. Half the reason of going with a friend is so you can catch up! I instead sat in a room alone with my nail tech for 30 minutes. My nails look good enough- my shellac is a little thicker than my usual salon, but still hasn't chipped after a week and a half so that's a plus. First time I've been here today utilizing a gift certificate I was given for my birthday and I LOVE IT and loved Tammy who did both my nails and toes and it was nice that the same person did both. The chairs for pedicures are SO much more comfortable than other places and are joined to seat two of you have someone with you. The entire place was SO clean, organized and pleasant (even the restrooms were spotless). I came here for the first time about a month ago. I had to wait about an hour because I did not make an appointment. They were really up front with me and I didn't mind. The service and gel pedi was wonderful despite the wait. So today I had a little time before I had to be at the hospital for a family members procedure. I walked in and asked if they had an opening and was told yes but it will be a few minutes. I asked if that was 5-10 minutes or a half an hour. She said she was just waiting for techs to come in and it should be 5-10 ish but I would be the first one back. She seemed annoyed so I explained about the procedure and I just have to make sure. Twenty five minutes later a tech came to the front and she tells her to take the lady that also did not have appointment and came in four people after me. She told the tech loudly that it was just a wax and she will send me back after that. Now, I know a wax doesn't take as long as a pedi but it does take 15 minutes or so. I decided I didn't want to confront her because this whole time she seemed annoyed by her job and the customers. So I walked out. I was not going to wait longer on a Thursday morning. She makes an even more annoyed face and comments to the other customers. I guess she thinks I can't see her through the window? I came to this place a week ago and I was excited to try it out. The lady did a great job on my nails , but within a week one nail completely came off. I called to see if they fixed it and they said no problem , the can fix it at no additional cost. I go in and the girl says because it's been a week & 2 days they would charge $5 to fix it (even though I was told it was no charge) I said ok no problem. But they could not match the color as they don't write down the color in my profile . Makes no sense , I don't even know why they offer to fix a nail if they can't match it or even create client profile. read more

The décor in this place is beautiful and feels very spa-like. As much time as I spend on my nails and pedicures, why not spend the time in a place that is pleasant and relaxing. I have been introduced to dipping color, which I LOVE. I've had solar nails for years, but this new process uses my own nails and is organic (no chemicals) so it's much healthier. I took my best friend for a pedicure and manicure as a birthday present last Saturday afternoon. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed the complimentary drink.. There were probably 3 people in the entire place, which was nice. My pedicure was okay.. I hardly got my legs or feet massaged for more than 2 minutes. And since it's been a week, I'm noticing now that they didn't even get my ingrown toenail out. The girls were nice but I just expected more out of a place that looked as nice as it does.
