Andrew released tension, pain and knots in areas where I had never even been massaged before. For example, Andrew found some pretty intense tightness and knots in my rhomboids, and explained that it was important to spend some time working in that area as the rhomboids are responsible for all these other ligaments and muscles and can lead to frozen shoulder syndrome if they are too tight for too long.
