So , I went online to try to find a new place here and found Tokyo. There are lots of massage places in the OKC area and most don't have many reviews on Yelp , Google , or Tripadvisor. Most don't have prices either. Yes many may look sketchy on the outside , but that's probably because they are trying to keep cost down. I found this place to be very nice on the inside , clean , nice decor , friendly staff , and affordable. I would never go to those franchise places like Massage Envy that try to get you to sign up for an overpriced membership and most of the employees are straight out of massage school. I've found most of the Asian massage places have older employees who've been doing it for years and really know what they are doing. I had a great massage and they did about the same deep tissue massage I would get in Las Vegas. Different order and they also didn't have me soak my feet first like they did in Vegas. She did a great job and my favorite part is the hot rocks and she did it longer than any other place I've been to so that was great. I would definitely recommend. It was $70 for one hour and I tipped her $20. Unlike some places they didn't have a sign or tell me there was a mandatory tip which is great. I read a few reviews of other places in the OKC area that had mandatory tips and rude employees. I will definitely be back in a month or so.

While there seemed to be an ongoing conversation behind the desk wall. Turns out, it was about me being a no-show. They finally figured out I was there. Waiting. By then almost 30 min. had passed and the masseuse told me she would have to do a quick one because next appt couldn't be made to wait... seriously. I assumed the quick one would be comped so went ahead. But, no. I was charged for the full treatment. And the treatment was inferior at that. Had had better experiences with facials and booked one at the new location -- my last booking, I was called about half hour before the appointment time and told that the esthetician had to go home. That was it. No "can we rebook you." No, "we apologize" No nothing. Not only were these instances completely unprofessional, they told me how little- valued my business is to them.
