The best part is you can prebook your classes and see if anyone else in the sauna at the time you want. I personally like to avoid being in the sauna with someone else so being able to see who else has pre-booked is huge. The workouts are hard but also offer recovery elements which is another perk. Don't expect a refund and realize it is very difficult and costly to get out of a membership. This place draws you in on the 6 Week Challenge but it is all a money scam. The staff push the membership instead and offer you a flash drive with meal suggestions which they consider the nutritional offering. Maybe if you hesitate enough, they may even throw in a pair of gloves. But you pay for them too because you can't easily get your membership cancelled. The staff "forget" to cancel your membership or there is a paperwork error only to realize you are continuously being charged. I had to call my credit card company and tell them to block this charge in order to get it to stop. This was only after being charged an additional $200 "early cancellation fee." The whole thing is a money scam. I met very few people who were regular members and stuck with the exercise plan. In fact I witnessed health crises where people had to break from the class to rest or actually leave the facility only to be called out by the staff and humiliated for taking care of their own health. There is no acknowledgement of fitness and out of shape people are brought into rigorous classes with no regard for health and conditioning. It's a scary health situation that is a disaster in the making. I recommended the staff create leveled classes. For example, beginner to learn the fundamentals, middle to push the exercise, and advanced for the full out program. I was told this is not the place for that and if people couldn't keep up they shouldn't join. But clearly many out of shape people looking for a chance to get back into exercise are signed up with no regard for health and ability to keep up. There is a heart attack waiting at the door of this place. It is not worth it especially because there are many well respected and caring trainers available to work with people for far less the cost than this place. Think before you sign.

I acknowledged it right away and told him I would take care of it on my next visit. Instead of handling it professionally, he chose to escalate the situation. He removed my personal belongings and placed them outside, which felt completely unnecessary and disrespectful, especially since I was still actively using the space. There was no one else around my workout area, and the situation did not call for that kind of response. To make things worse, he proceeded to call the police and claimed I was trespassing, which turned what should have been a simple conversation into a public and uncomfortable scene. I understand there are rules and policies, but the way this was handled lacked basic professionalism and respect. Situations like this should be resolved through communication, not escalation. I will not be returning.
