Pedro was very friendly and explained why the roofing material had fallen off and showed me the old and new screws used to attach the metal roofing. Expecting the usual good service I contacted them over a leak near one of the vents in my roof causing damage to my kitchen ceiling. They sent a young man down to examine the situation, and after a cursory look said he would send an estimate and could take care of the problem. Interestingly he was reluctant to go into the attic where you could clearly see the problem ( I think he was concerned he might get dirty as he was smartly dressed). It has now been 10 days and nothing has been sent. Several phone calls to the office have been met with assurances it would be sent (though the tone of the individual who answered the phone made me feel I was not being taken seriously). It is really a shame when a company who has previously been very good declines like this. As an additional note I noticed they have three Yelp sites, two with bad reviews and one with positive reviews - I intend to post this note to all three.

Stephen is honest, caring and a GREAT SMALL BUSINESS OWNER. The quote he gave us was transparent; labor cost, material cost and top notch products. (he was almost half the price of a big roofing company and their quote was not transparent; he couldn't help us determine why it was so high either.. it didn't add up!) His quote for gutters and mesh guards is the best we've received also. He made us feel like part of the family from the moment we met. We had a boot replaced and they couldn't get to us with all the rain delays. He came out and covered the boot to prevent more leaking inside, and then he along with a crew member came out on a Saturday morning to replace the boot.
