Dr. McGill and his staff at Niles Dental Associates are outstanding. From the moment you walk in…read morethe door I felt comfortable. The front desk staff greet you with a welcoming smile and friendly demeanor, not to mention they are very knowledgeable. My hygienist is Nicole, who also is friendly and made me feel at ease. She diligent explaining what cleaning procedures she is performing, does a thorough job cleaning, and ensure you are comfortable. Dr. McGill is no exception to the friendly and comfortable staff. He greets you with a smile, asks (and genuinely cares) about your life, and is also thorough with is exam. Coming from my previous dental office, where everything was very old school, to Dr. McGill's office was a night and day difference. Dr. McGill's office has digital x-rays which for me made them much easier to have taken, they had a camera to take photos of my mouth so Dr. McGill can show me on a tablet areas he is referencing, etc. Due to how impressed I was with Dr. McGill's over all practice I decided to have some cosmetic work done. I am in the process of having my old silver fillings replaced with white ones. As a teenager I had traditional braces, and have never been fully satisfied with the end results. Dr McGill offers a system like Invislign. Essentially invisible and removable braces. After Dr. McGill explained the benefit and ease of the retainers I decided to do it. I'm told are barely noticeable by friends and colleagues. He or his staff have never been pushy about any services, but happy to share information when I asked about the services.

This place is a hidden gem. I didn't know they were even there until I stumbled across their name…read moreon google. They were incredibly helpful, gentle and patient. They did very well with both of my kiddos. I highly recommend them! My kids needed some real work done today and she got right into it. She calmed them both as she did her job! They felt safe and didn't even panic like they've done elsewhere. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Any parents in the Nile's area searching for a family dentist, please give them a chance! I'll only take my kids back to sure family dental from this point forward. I cannot thank these ladies enough! Don't worry about anyone being judgmental either. They really are sweet people. I could tell it's more than a job to each of them I'm very impressed and beyond grateful!
