The work completed look great and we have no complaints at all. New tile, drywall and painting. Vanity, toilet and lighting installation as well. I requested to add little things here and there and he was very accommodating. The process at which he uses to show you the estimated costs, update those as the job goes on and request payment was great! His workers were courteous, well mannered, and respectful of the house coming and going during the day. We did all of this with a 9month old baby in the house as well and it was a great experience! As a way to cut down costs, I purchased all of the tile ahead of time and all the appropriate backer board, and I demolished the wood step by the tub and removed all the carpet, nails, staples, linoleum flooring and glue. Tom let me know what he would charge and he stuck firmly with that bid, from start to finish. He was very professional, easy to work with and communicated when he would be on site to work. I would highly recommend Tom to install any tile job you need. He works well and helped me install my toilet back into place and install all new trim after the tile was completed. Had to pay another company to repair it. In a addition, a part of the drip system was not even hooked up to a water source even asked to have caps put on the sprinkler risers which did not happen. Now the new company has to dig up the turf which was installed to repair the drip lines which were messed up. Drywall dust absolutely everywhere because of a lack of protection that Luis promised would always be in place.They are disrespectful of others' belongings, and just do as they please. I added a few items to the scope of work, so we decided to give him 400.00 extra. We acted fairly and respectfully. Never so much as a "Thank You". Had my wife not been home, I would have thrown them out without an extra dime. Ignore the 2 year old review (their only review), and find some men (not boys) who act in a professional, courteous manner. Someone who actually does what they say they are going to do.
