If I could rate Liz 10 stars I totally would! MAJOR Lifesaver! I was struggling w breastfeeding my son. I was in pain & worried if my son was getting enough breast milk. Liz gave me so much helpful information & also noticed that my son had both lip & tongue tie. (I asked 2 doctors & 2 lactation consultants & they both said no -_-) I went to a specialist that Liz referred us to & he confirmed both ties & was able to do the procedure to fix it. This seriously was a game changer! Breastfeeding like a champ with all the tips from Liz. I also scheduled another follow up with Liz & she continued to go above & beyond for my babe & I. Liz is an amazing resource for breastfeeding! She has helped me navigate through repeated cases of mastitis and given me resources and support that multiple doctors and lactation consultants at Kaiser have not. She listens to your goals and helps you achieve them by giving you natural solutions (outside of simply pushing antibiotics like doctors), and doing research to find answers. Liz is caring and even followed up with me after our last appointment to check in and see how I was doing. She does video calls which are very convenient with a small baby, and she sends an action plan and visit summary with tons of info. She's super resourceful and responsive. Liz was an awesome support for me during a time where I was really needing a lactation consultant's advise and wisdom. She visited me in-home to help me with breastfeeding my child. I hadn't received any support in the hospital, and the LCs I had seen already were okay but overbooked with patients, so they weren't able to provide the one on one support I needed. My child had a tongue tie and lip tie removal, and she was able to encourage me on things I was doing right as well as how I could improve. After my visit with Liz, she sent me a follow-up document detailing everything we had discussed. She has also been available for any quick follow up questions I have had, which is huge. Getting her help was definitely well worth the money because I know that if I didn't have her help, I wouldn't have continued breastfeeding for near as long. read more

Liz is wonderful! I've had struggles breastfeeding my newborn from the beginning and Liz listened, addressed my concerns, and showed me solutions. She asked what my goals were and we developed a plan to accomplish them. Breastfeeding is a lot less stressful after meeting with Liz. Liz did a home visit with us when my baby was 2 weeks old because I was having a few issues with breastfeeding, and within the first 30 minutes of the session my baby was latching and nursing with NO issues!! As a new mom, I found breastfeeding to have a lot of ups and downs. After much frustration, my pediatrician recommended me to see Liz and I'm so glad I did. Our first appointment was virtual and already I felt better as she addressed each of my concerns and gave helpful tips and solutions. I had a follow up in-home visit a week later and Liz was very helpful in showing me how to treat painful clogged ducts. She is very patient, thorough, and always makes sure to answer all your questions. So thankful to have found her! So thankful I called Liz to come out and help me and my newborn! We were having a difficult time getting the positioning down and getting him to latch on. She answered all our questions and suggested products to help increase milk supply, as well as make feedings easier. Also made herself available for questions after our visit. She has a whole portal for you with everything she reccomends and notes from the appointment to go back and look at after which is amazing because in 2 hours you receive a lot of information and easily forgotten so it's nice to go back and see it all. Thank you Liz! Breastfeeding was always my first choice when I thought about feeding my son. I felt assured I could do it but quickly realized just how overwhelming it can be. The hospital's lactation services were helpful until they weren't. Their care was so generalized and I didn't feel like they really listened to my concerns. They knew about my son's tongue tie but never took that into consideration when I called for support. It's not like they kept a record and it just made me feel unheard because I didn't know how much of an issue the tongue tie could cause during breastfeeding so I didn't think to mention it each call. I finally reached a breaking point in my breastfeeding journey and in my search for help, I found Liz! Our virtual meeting made me feel heard and confident that there was a better way forward. With my son's tongue tie at a focus now, I decided to do an in home appointment so Liz could assess my son's weight gain and tongue tie. Our appointment went great and Liz was so knowledgeable and helpful at discussing breastfeeding norms and planning a schedule that would work for my little family. Moreover, she provided helpful tips and guidance to get the perfect latch. It made such a difference and I'm looking forward to more progress after my son's tongue tie release. Liz has been amazing in helping my baby and me through the early stages of breastfeeding and beyond. I connected with Liz even before my baby was born. With her guidance and encouragement, she gave me the tools to advocate for myself to make sure my insurance covered the lactation benefits I am entitled to under federal law. After the baby was born, Liz helped us through the early weeks of baby's slow weight gain by teaching me how to use various tools (nipple shield, pump, etc.) and providing ongoing lactation education and emotional support. I am happy with where baby and I are on our breastfeeding journey. If it weren't for Liz, I would have quit really early on! Liz is knowledgeable and cares about the families she serves. Liz Saville is an amazing, patient, informative and professional lactation consultant. I reached out to Liz with many questions and concerns regarding about pumping, breastfeeding and how to deal with my oversupply. We had a virtual appointment and immediately Liz got right down to business. She tackled as many of my questions as she could and made sure my 6 week old baby was latching correctly. After the appointment, I felt the weight off my shoulders because I no longer had to go down my breastfeeding journey alone. As a first time mom with little to no knowledge of what breastfeeding entails, I was on the verge of throwing in the towel, but I'm so glad I found Liz. I really owe my breastfeeding success to Liz. Several nurses at the hospital advised me to see out a professional lactation consultant once I came home. My little one was having difficulty latching, difficulty staying on and kept biting and injuring me. Liz came to my home and did a full assessment. She was really hands on and gave me so many helpful tips and suggestions. Not only that, I received a full summary of our discussion and a personalized plan to follow. My success is breastfeeding was her priority and she really goes above and beyond. She keeps in touch to see how my baby is doing and offers extra suggestions along the way. What impresses me the most about Liz is her determination to fight for women to receive these services. My insurance company declined my claims for lactation services (though my benefits clearly cover it and they couldn't offer another consultant within 100 miles of my home). Liz contacted them and has continually been in touch with my insurance company to escalate the claim and have my fees paid. They reconsidered their final decision due to her persistence. She fought for me because she's passionate about what she does and successfully assists women like me in reaching their bonding and breastfeeding goals.
