My family recently adopted a black smoke Maine Coon kitten from them, and we couldn't be happier. From the moment we brought her home, she has been incredibly loving, gentle, and social -- especially with our little kids. It's clear she was well cared for and properly socialized. She also came already litter-box trained, which made the transition so easy. Her personality is exactly what we hoped for in a Maine Coon: sweet, curious, and affectionate. You can tell Nova's Royal Pets puts time and attention into their kittens. If you're looking for a reputable, caring place to adopt a kitten, I can't recommend Nova's Royal Pets enough. When you head towards the door leading to the back there's a chain barrier up and you have to wait for someone to get you. A girl came and let us in and told us not to touch the cages or anything. The puppies were actually pretty nice and had a good little area to run around. It was clean when I went in there with my roommate and didn't smell like poop. Couldve had waaaay better customer service. The gentleman in there just said hey to us and walked off and the other girl pretty much did the same. When we went to ask her questions she seemed pretty uninterested in us. I didn't even bother asking if I could play with one.

Items like designer collars, specialty dog bones and toys and of course trendy little puppy clothes. Sooo cute! I usually resist the retail temptations here, as I am always immediately lured into the second section of the store which houses all of the yelping, fuzzy, pups. There are a good number of beautifully kept pens here, most of them open so the potential pup parent can gaze lovingly into their potential new additions brown eyes. A lot of the really small pups, Yorkies and Chihuahua's, have lids on their pens. But, the staff here is really knowledgeable and willing to chat in depth about all of their temporary adoptees. And this schmoozing with the staff allows you the opportunity to hold or even play with these furry babies. The negative element, aside from the whole potential encouragement of puppy mill proliferation -(Wow, say that 5 times fast!), is that the pups are incredibly expensive. Our last session was at a park where we got to practice our new skills in a safe situation with a professional so that I felt in control and at ease practicing them in the "real world." Melissa really listened to what I wanted, what my dog needed, and tailored every session to what would work best for US - not following the same script and steps that everyone gets. I went in hesitant about the training methods but am now more educated than I anticipated; I know more about training, I know more about my dog, and I even know more about myself. It was also a lot of fun!! My dog and I both looked forward to our sessions and it helped us bond a lot. There were quite a few scheduling issues, which was not a huge deal for me, but it was inconvenient at times since I have to drive a bit to get to the facility. Regardless, I will 100% be saving up for another 6 week program!

The owner was amazing and sent a video of Milo playing with other puppies a couple hours after I dropped him off. When I went to pay the owner was there and checked me out and only had nice things to say about my dog which is always a plus! The location was great and you could tell the workers really cared about the dogs that were there for the day. There was a cleanliness to the place that I appreciated. We were recommend Unleash Fido by several people. We scheduled an hour long consultation with Travis who ended up giving us 90 minutes of his time to learn about Lily and discuss their program. Lily had several issues, such as pulling on the leash, lunging at cars, barking at people + other dogs and going absolutely crazy when Amazon/UPS was delivering a package. Ultimately, we booked Lily into their month-long Obedience Training Camp. After receiving weekly report cards that contained photos, videos and a brief update on how the last week was, we were finally ready to pick-up Lily. Our first time picking her up was also our first training with her. We worked on establishing place, having her heel while walking, and working on other things around distractions. Within the first 24 hours back at home, our investment in this training payed dividends. She's obedient on walks, doesn't mind others passing by, comes to us on call, goes to place when told and so much more. We'd highly recommend anyone who's dealing with behavior and/or obedience issues to look into Unleash Fido! It was so embarrassing to have an unruly dog, and this was a true investment that we are so happy we made.

I enrolled Ellie in their 4/5 weeks training. I got a report card and pictures or videos every Wednesday. I always looked forward to Wednesdays! After Ellie completed her training, we had to go back for our follow up trainings with Macayla. Ellie was beyond excited every time we went back. I contacted Dog days & Cat naps. I was surprised when the owner JP answered the phone. After a long conversation , all he had available on short notice was a 30 min drop in session with Lora. I couldn't be happier with her services. She was on time and followed what we talked about to the exact point. Because we had back to back trips I had to schedule a 3 hr in house pup- sitter. This time we had Kourtney she was always on time. She played, walked and gave Solo hugs and cuddles for their time together. Both Lora and Kourtney were great with Solo.
