I have to say I was very impressed by the cleanliness of this facility, the professionalism of the staff and the condition of the puppies. Spunky, cute, playful, clean, healthy coats, and all their paperwork. There is a great selection of puppies that vary from breed to breed. From tea-cup pups to 130 lbs Mastiffs. All pups are all up to date with shots. They have financing * 2 years - if you pay it off within the first 90 days I believe it's interest free. The "Warning" must be paid off in the 2 years or the $1800 puppy turns into a $3600 one. Double the price. One thing I noticed was the prices were a few hundred dollars more then what the average cost on google search was. Not sure if the pricing included them being neutered and Authentication of them being 100% breed. Also the price does not include the Puppy Pack ( did not get an explanation of what this is or was) Overall a great place and definitely a place I would buy from. read more

I personally think the rest of the negative reviews speak for themselves but I couldn't help but add one in as well. These puppy shops are nothing more than glorified puppy mills pumping these poor babies out for an IMMENSE profit. They barely have their vaccines, probably got the bare minimum deworming so they wouldn't present with them in the store, and receive the absolute bare minimum care and compassion from the time they're born to the time they're sold to their new owner. Even AKC champion bloodlines don't charge the ridiculously overpriced cost that these guys (and BFF Puppies) charges for TERRIBLY bred, sick puppies. read more

Walked in looking for a leash with a puppy. First thing said to me "you cannot have your dog in there" (I understand now, sorry never have been) 2) asked her to grab a leash for me cause I could see a wall of them and wouldn't for whatever reason then continued to ask me questions and lectured me about how I shouldn't even have my puppy yet. bought 1 a year ago had a bad cold from there for 2 months and almost died in us. We still have her now. If they knew they were buying from puppy mills I don't think they would buy from puppy mills. That's just bad business. I think the problem is the breeders that sell are selling them puppies know they have issues that they think they can't sell themselves and not disclosing health problems. Let's face it, it's hard to find a healthy breed. We recently had one that we didn't know was had a major health issue. We had to put the dog down. There is no way the breeder didn't know there was something different about her. So They gave us the money back right away. We waited a bit and went to look at another only to be told not to pull the puppies leg? We were not pulling her leg as we were testing her to see if she would do paw training for us. I was insulted after all the money we spend in there. I felt I was treated like a child from there the owner watching the camera. Life goes on. Always remember they do have a guarantee but Florida has the 1 year pet lemon law from breeders and stores. read more

Horrible establishment. The animals are miserable and from puppy mills. Probably all of the puppies had a mother held in a small cage pumping out litter after litter until they couldn't anymore and were euthanized. All so you could have your pure bred (inbred) dog. For your information: there are tons of shelters with dogs and puppies that could use forever homes for a fraction of the price, fully vetted and microchipped. Also, the fact that you would actively work against an adoption event from a local shelter near by, because it "interfering with your business" is heinous and horrific. read more

Horrible! Do not buy from here! I bought the cutest puppy. But it turned out that she was sick and not socialized. She became increasingly aggressive -- biting hard and growling -- and territorial. And she was terrified to go out side. This is a horrible place. I was able to find out the breeder after the fact and learned she was from a puppy mill. I feel very strongly that the way a business makes you feel at all times can really make or break a business. I am so disappointed that the only time the employees here are kind and gracious is when you are giving them money and taking dogs off of their hands. We were loyal customers since last year. We told everyone about them and highly recommended them because they were good to us when we bought our golden from them. However when we realized that the sibling puppies we initially purchased from them were not a good fit for our family, they were absolutely rude beyond belief. We felt we were doing the right thing by bringing them back less than 24 hours later because we knew there were other families who were interested. We brought back everything they had given us, unused, and explained that we felt it was better for the puppies to be in a home where they were fully loved and cared for, then to be with us where we could not provide that for them. We had bit more than we could chew. They were disgusted with us for doing what we felt was right, and they treated us like absolute crap. We will never provide them with our service again and we recommend looking elsewhere because there are some absolutely wonderful people who want to give puppies a home that will treat you well and be gracious to you. read more

Staff here was terribly rude. Gave me a hard time about looking at dogs because I am young and said you can only hold the dog if you're interesting in buying it as if I had no reason to be in their store. When they did let me take a dog out she pulled him out of the cage by the tail. All the dogs were shaking scared the whole time due to poor staff contact. I took my Chevy there to get a wash and cut like I had done on several occasions. When I picked him up, he was extra happy to see me. I did not think much about it because he hates being a cages so I just took him home. When I got home I was playing with him as usual, but when he rolled over I saw that he had a big cut on his belly. I immediately called Puppies Galore to let them know what had happened and was placed on hold for a very long time. When they finally returned, I told to send pictures and the owner would call me back soon. I waited for a day but no one called, so I called back and asked to speak to the owner. When she got on the phone and heard what happen, she seemed very unalarmed and offered me a $5 coupon. I told her that the offer was not acceptable, so she offered me $10. I explained to her that I was not concerned about a "discount"; I wanted to be assured that my Chevy would be in a safe environment if he returned and that it would not happen again. I did not get that reassurance, so I have not been there since. If you care about your pets' safety, I would not take them here. read more

THEY SELL SICK PUPPIES My daughter purchased a puppy from this place a little over a week ago. The puppy became extremely sick the following day and was rushed to the vet where the puppy was given several bottles of medication. Each night while my daughter tried to nurse this puppy back to health the puppy got worse and worse, crying, whining, disorientated etc... my daughter called the pet store to bring the dog back and they treated her terribly. She is 20 years old and was treated like garbage. Not only did the owner belittle my daughter, minimizing what was wrong with the puppy, she REFUSED TO REFUND HER ANY MONEY. Marsha the owner , she sells extremely sick animals, blames her clients and profits of of these animals. My daughter was in tears returning this puppy who she desperately tried to save. I bought a puppy at this location on a Saturday and the puppy was from a AKC bloodline. He was $3000, and had all of his vaccinations ( or so they say). I was told I needed to go to their vet in three days for a check up of the puppy ( walk ins are first come first serve). I tried going to their vet around 1pm right after I bought the puppy and they told me that I'd have to come back on Wednesday with and appointment. I told the vet office that I needed to get an appointment within the three day period as requested by puppies galore; which the vet said I could have a Tuesday appointment then. I went home with my puppy after trying to get into the vet. The puppy was lethargic, not eating, not drinking water, and having a lot of diarrhea. I took the puppy out every hour and each time her would have diarrhea. I waited it out that Saturday night and called puppies galore that Sunday morning crying because the puppy wasn't getting better. They said to bring him in and they would give him medication to help the diarrhea because their vet was closed. I went in and they gave my puppy medicine ( a diarrhea pill, wet food, and hard food with medication on it); they told me to call back before close to let them know how the puppy was doing. After the medication that Sunday morning the puppy was still having diarrhea so I called back around 430pm stating that he was still not getting better. They told me that if I wanted to return him I have till 5pm or I wouldn't get my money back/ or they could watch him for a couple of days to maybe see if he gets better because they didn't believe me when I said he was sick (which I then knew they were a scam or a puppy mill out for money). I returned the puppy then and they took all of my paperwork copies back ( I asked for them back but they said I had no right to them because I don't own the dog being that it's returned, even though they were my receipts). It took 1 week to get my money back from the vendor I had a credit line through. It was like pulling teeth with puppies galore and more to put this request in. When I went in a week later to confront them about canceling this credit line the owner proceeded to tell me the puppy wasn't sick and how she should have charged me $300 for a "restocking fee". If he wasn't sick why would they give him medication and try to withhold money. Stay clear from this PUPPY MILL. It doesn't make sense how they could have access to so many breeds and how these puppies are sick if they are AKC bloodlines... read more

I can't say enough positive things about this place! I LOVE the friendly environment and people who work here!! They were so open to answering any and all questions. They even allowed customers to interact with their puppies and take them into a booth to play with. My husband is deployed and we were in the market of looking for a mini-dauschund and although they had a male available; my husband wanted to physically be here to help with the decision making process. I wish they had less then 1 star! I purchased a AKC Golden Retriever almost 10 months ago. Mainly out of Grief after losing my other Golden Retriever. Yes, I should have known better! After you hand over 4100.00 dollars THEN you get the papers showing the breeder and the "parents " of the puppy. Code of ethics for Golden Retrievers are BOTH parents have certified by a licensed Vet and certified for Hips, Heart, Eyes, and Elbows. In this case, only 1 had 1/2 the required certifications. The other one had none. This shows the breeder is just pushing puppies out for profit and selling them to puppy stores for a even bigger profit. In other words a puppy mill. Poor breeding causes more then most realize. Secondly a " Show dog GR" should not cost 4100.00. One review asked about the " puppy package"? That includes activating the microchip which I was never told. If you've read this far, I thank you! So your asking what problems I've encountered? I've owned 2 Golden Retrievers that lived full lives, that were the most gentle, well mannered family members I've seen. This one is the Alpha male from Satans litter. Between the biting of both my wife and I, mainly arms, hands and wife's thigh. The destruction of clothes THAT your wearing at the time. He was sent through puppy kindergarten when we first bought him and now 7 months later have had to hire a professional behavior trainer as a last resort. If this doesn't work, He at 1 year old will be Euthanized. Any dog or older puppy with a bite history is usually euthanized ( read up on rehoming ) I HAVE spoken with the owner who says ( I'll help with rehoming, but you will not get your money back) If you rehoming any Dog with a bite history, you can be civilly held liable. She only talks nicely to green 100.00 bills. Guys and Girls, yes puppies are cute but please do your research! This lady cares about money vs a nice healthy pet. Please do NOT buy from this lady! This store Puppies Galore And More tried to sell us a puppy with a heart defect! I asked questions about the puppy when I first found him there. I talked with multiple workers. They let us all sit and play with the pup for about 45 min as I made sure he fit with our family. Finally we all headed up to the counter to bring him home. Then they send out the pet store owner who tells me the pup has a level 3 heart murmur, but it's probably nothing to worry about. I call my vet- who disagrees. Really?!! Did they seriously think the adult, discarded, unwanted homeless dogs were competing with their purebred and designer breed $1000 puppies? They should be supporting the shelter since many of the puppies they sell will eventually end up in the shelter after they are no longer cute little puppies, their owners don't have time for them or their owners move and dump them at the shelter. Excellent grooming! Our Welsh Corgi Cardigan has damaged hair growth due to an ACL operation, so it is a challenge to make him look like the beautiful dog he is on the inside on the outside. We bought a dog through their stupid WAGS lending... and it's awful. I guess they expected us to read and fully understand the agreements.. we thought we did. Guess not. We don't own our dog. We are "leasing him" lol what? So at the end when we are done paying his payments, which I might add that we are paying 2800 even though the dog was 1100, we can pay a 200$ fee to own him??? Okay yeah. That's incredibly stupid. My advice. DO NOT buy a dog from here unless you're going to pay full price at the time of buying! Lesson learned the hard way! read more

So many cute puppies to choose from! You can have so much interaction with the puppies with the open pens. There is also a few small play areas where you can pick up a dog and just have fun. They have a new selection every week. The employees are extremely friendly. I purchased my yellow lab here. I bought the extra package that comes with a cage, food, etc. Their deal is fantastic. We had a great experience our first time. We have a 7 month old puppy that my fiancee and i adore, but we went again and had horrible customer service. We had bought a puppy and then realized that he was not a good fit with our other dog. When we went to return him we felt terrible, but it was the best situation for everyone. The staff at the store, including the OWNER, were horrible. They tried to personally attack us and tell us we were bad people. The staff here is only friendly if you are taking a dog from their store. We will never go back and hope that nobody has to deal with this terrible customer service. Overpriced not well bred dogs. Seems to be a puppy mill. A Pomsky was on sale for $4500. A mutt with no registration, no prior training, and had a foul odor. Was said to come spayed, but the puppy wasn't even 5 months old. Fixing your puppy/dog shouldn't happen until they're at least a year old as it can impact growth. (Mainly due to hormonal imbalances) Puppies are sitting in their own waste at the place. They have them all (including two 30lb Great Dane puppies) in the same small kiddie pool areas with wiring around it. The people aren't very friendly there, they usually just sit behind the counter and on their phones. The dogs also seem to be dirty, especially when they lay in their own waste and make a mess in their food, which doesn't get cleaned up until a while. (At least two hours) would not recommend. Also see reviews saying how they got sick puppies. Makes sense coming from this store. Would not recommend. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. On May 23rd of 2019, my mother and I walked in to buy my dream dog. She was a gorgeous Landseer Newfoundland, with the sweetest deposition in the world. We were so pleased with the service and we felt that their puppy package was a very good deal-including a crate, a bed, collar,ect. We loved the vet they were connected with and felt very safe there with her. She very quickly became a huge part of our family. However, on October 25th, we took our puppy in for a suspected ear infection. I mentioned to the vet that she had been itching a lot lately and that's when she noticed a bald spot on her foot. Demodex mange. Hereditary. The vet was very upset and assured me that Puppies Galore would pay for the treatment. A $200 dollar vet bill was avoided. We were happy with the service and "accountability" that Puppies Galore seemed to take. I don't know what led to these next events, but somehow I found myself googling her breeder, Graber. Sickeningly enough, I found that it was a suspected puppy mill. I felt awful. This place was so highly reviewed and recommended and yet they were still getting away with selling people sick puppies. And then, the icing on this gross smelly pile of dog dooky, two days after her one year birthday, she was diagnosed with SEVERE early onset hip dysplasia. More than a $7000 dollar surgery for ONE (one hip) full hip replacement. My mom immediately took over and went to talk to the owner. My mother reported that she did not seem concerned in the slightest and that she seemed very flippant about the whole thing. She stated it was "normal for large breed dogs to sometimes have this". At 1 year? Seriously? Lady, you are out of your damn mind. We were given a check for what our puppy was worth-what we paid for her- (which, in my opinion, no check would've been big enough) All my mother wanted was the assurance that the owner would not work with this specific breeder again. No assurance was given. It was written off and the owner insinuated that maybe there was something that we had done or that it was just "normal" for a HEALTHY 1 year old dog to lose their ENTIRE right hip socket. I'm pretty sure their policy is that you can return your dog and get a new one with things like this but seriously?? This dog has become a part of our family? Like? What?! Not to mention the money I've already put into her. And what do they even do with the returned dogs anyway?! Kill them, probably. I will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE. Do NOT buy a dog from here. If you are going to pay this much for a dog, please please!! be smart and patient and go directly to a reputable breeder. Please, I beg you! read more

I love puppies galore and more. I bought a puppy from them. She landed up having an issue with her knee. They went above and beyond. They paid me back what I had paid for the puppy to the penny! My vet had checked her out .I turned in the DR bill to them and they instantly wrote me a check for the cost. The carry a year warranty. As a pet owner they want you to have the puppy checked out. If it is noted they cover. You even try to find another store that is willing to do that. Not here. I see complaints on how they watch over make sure you are clean before you can pick up or check a dog. They are the BEST PET STORE! Even my vet told me they surpass any other in the area. So for the people saying negative things about them think twice. How do they know if a puppy has an issue right off. They will always be my store just for the work ethics. First off, I wanted to adopt every single puppy in this store, not only because they were all amazingly adorable, but also because I wanted to get them away from the staff. I was in the store for maybe an hour, and in that time frame, I saw the staff snap at the dogs, not step in when the dogs were--aggressively--biting one another, and one lady hit a puppy in the head (causing it to cry) while giving it food. Highly unprofessional. Secondly, the staff treated the customers even worse. For people who supposedly "love dogs," you'd think they would understand the feeling kids, teens, and adults get when they see puppies! So, instead of politely reminding the kids they can't hold the puppies or to be a little more careful, they would SCOLD them, and then talk about how bad the parents were for "not watching their kid properly" to the other staff. All in all, it wasn't the best experience. "Puppies are adorable, staff is horrible" should be their slogan.
