I dropped in from out of town and found two splendid things about CrossFit HAP: a personal, caring and pusher of a trainer in Marissa. The advantage of a small operation like this is that for a new guy like me to CFit, you still need help getting good form for the movements. Wish I could relocate Marissa to WindyCity CFit which has a great bunch of coaches as well. The other aspect is the welcoming community I experienced in two days of working out there. From explaining the introductory price to scheduling and throughout the session. Everyone was nice, helpful and professional. Great facility, location and hours of operation. Easy to get to near the HEB close to El Dorado and Custer. Nimoy Triplet, General Manager handled my session himself. Great communication skills, explaining everything I needed to know. During the session, your suppos to say when the stretch is uncomfortable and even when I didn't Nimoy only stretch me to a comfortable limit, sensing where I was at. My first visit was a great experience and I wish I could go everyday! Needless to say, I highly recommend them.
