I'll be honest , unfortunately this was the most disappointing workout class I've ever attended…read more I've been trying to find a workout class/ something I could really commit to for my health and wellness so I tried their free class and I am glad it was free. All of it was just uncomfortable for me. The room for me is too small. I'm 5 feet 11 and some of the workouts I cannot even do because no matter what angle I turned, I would be hitting somebody else. I did not feel that the instructor was beginner, friendly or engaging enough at all. I also had a hard time hearing the instructor on top of her telling us to do moves but not showing all of them..There's a lot of beginners in this class and majority of the room looked absolutely lost and confused and I just don't feel like she was interacting with people well enough or showing the workouts to where we can clearly understand and see. Half of the time I was really lost. Overall disappointed. When I left my first Pilates class I felt so comfortable, I felt seen and I absolutely enjoyed my experience. Everyone has different preferences, but this was just not it. I also felt like staff wasn't engaging enough for me either. Low energy. Overall not a good experience.

It breaks my heart to rate PBA one star, but I want any new client to have the full story before signing on. All of the teachers that inspired me to keep showing up for 8.5 years have quit and many of us long term clients followed. It's just not the same place anymore.

I then noticed in May after looking at the card I did not use much that they had been continuously charging me the $130 dollars a month for both the membership and the $100 a month personal training. Not only was I not going but I had moved to a completely new state. When I noticed I called immediately and they looked into it and let me know that the original person I spoke to canceled the wrong persons memebership instad of mine. I was told I would be processed for a full refund and was only given back $50 of the almost $800 they stole from me. Everytime I call to try and get confirmation on being refunded the rest of the money I am told the manager is busy and will "look into it". I then have to be the one to follow up. The front desk people are wonderful and as helpful as they can be, but the management seem to care less and have bigger priorities. I find this extremely unprofessional and scummy and do not appreciate being out $800 because they decided to charge me for services I did not use. Additionally when attending personal training session you have to scan in with a finger print to confirm that you were the one attending the session, so I find it super suspicious that I was even being charged when I stopped attending the gym and was not there to sign into my PT sessions. Long story short, be aware when signing up for PT and getitng a membership at this gym. Do your due diligence to make sure they are not able to continue to charge you. Even after calling them the second time in May they still tried to charge my card (even at different locations I had never been to) and I had to have my bank block them from charging me. Would not recommend giving this place your business.

I visited Club Studio as part of a fitness ambassador event and had such a great experience…read moreexploring everything they offer. I took their hot yoga class, which was both refreshing and energizing. The instructor was incredibly kind and hands-on with her guidance, making the class enjoyable for all levels. The facility itself has so much to offer! It really feels like a one-stop shop for fitness and wellness. There's a small cafe on-site, which is perfect for grabbing something before or after a workout. They also have multiple pickleball courts, which adds a fun, social element to the experience. My favorite part was definitely the recovery area. They offer cryotherapy, infrared light therapy, compression, and massage chairs. I personally tried the compression therapy and was very satisfied with how it made me feel afterward. Overall, this is an amazing space if you're looking to combine workouts, recovery, and convenience all in one place!

Wait!!! I've never written a review? That can't be right. I literally created their Yelp page while…read moresitting in those massage chairs in the Recovery area, I wanted the community to know this place had opened. They're such a great addition to the neighborhood. I remember when this location was just a dream back in the LA Fitness days, but I never imagined it would turn out this fancy. And yes, if you're a member here, you can use any LA Fitness location, but not the other way around. Perks! I was genuinely mind-blown by how beautiful this place is. They did an incredible job. An indoor pickleball court? Yes, please. Who wants to play outside in the Texas heat? Of course, they have outdoor courts too, the place is massive. No need for lockers, they've figured out a smarter system for us. The classes are a blast, and trust me, you'll feel the burn the next day. The changing rooms are super spacious, my fave thing is the Dyson hairdryers, no, it's the huge sauna, no it's the showers, no, its the shower heads. Oh, I just love it all :)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) They even have a towel wall right next to the changing rooms, which is super convenient. Just don't try to take one home, you'll beep on your way out. Yep, they've got anti-theft tags in the towels. Clever. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. The Recovery Studio is also amazing. I've done cryo multiple times and loved it, it's so good for you. The infrared rooms are cool too. And those air compression boots? They're called Normatec. They help with circulation, and one of the staff recommended using them before and after workouts. Genius. Honestly, I could spend 3-4 hours here easily and just live my best life. They always have specials going on. I just got one for Labor Day, but I'll be away and sadly won't be able to take advantage. If you live nearby, definitely sign up. I can't recommend this place enough. It's a stunning setup with a totally reasonable membership. You might think I'm exaggerating, but let me break it down: I used to go to Glo Sun Spa before they closed their Addison location--$150/month, and cryo was always extra. So it could come out to around $200. Then my silly LA Fitness was another $40, plus their maintenance fee, (which is nonexistent here) and I had to drive between locations. So Club Studio, everything included $250/month totally makes sense. Everything's in one place. It's bougie, gorgeous, and probably the best gym I've ever been to. Nothing's broken, everything works, and like I said, you get access to any LA Fitness location too. Total win. So... will I see you there?
