This healthcare platform is so incredibly flawed, dangerous, and faulty. I have had nothing but…read moreissue after issue with the office, admin and providers alike since day one. My insurance covered my services, yet the office staff kept quoting me high costs for my intake and follow ups, stating I had to meet a high deductible - I had to spend hours on the phone having my insurance company inform them they were incorrect. Spoiler alert- they were incorrect. My intake with Dr. Jillani was VERY fast paced, and her follow ups were so dangerously brief- there is no way she could actually carefully manage psychiatric medications- then- she put me on a stimulant and fell off the face of the earth- I could not reach her after many attempts- and no one was covering her inbox. This is not quality care. This is neglectful. It felt like she worked an 8-4, and this was her 4-7 side gig and her mind just wasn't there. I fired Dr. Jillani due to her going MIA the day of putting me on a stimulant, which requires close monitoring. The office manager called to apologize and offer me to start fresh with Dr. Xu with a 60 minute intake, I agreed to give them ONE more chance. The intake paperwork that I had to start all over again arrives and is faulty, wasting my time yet again- and they schedule the wrong appointment time (30 minute follow up instead of the promised 90 new intake). I would NOT trust these providers with anyone's care and the system itself is an absolute mess. I also sent an interest form in for a a $15 assessment promotion, told I would pay after taking it but they changed me immediately and gave me faulty links. Stay far, FAR away from this pill mill. It is ill managed, dangerous and a waste of your time. It is as far from patient centered care by any view. Photos demonstrate only a portion of the frustration of the constant inaccurate information and incorrect times appointments lengths and times. Not to mention, they WILL PUSH private pay ADHD assessments (which you can get similar ones covered through insurance easily- but they push their specific out of pocket ones). I could have gotten evaluated free of cost through my PCP. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLATFORM. .
