Misleading Advertising and Extremely Poor Management…read more I placed two separate orders on the same day during their Christmas promotion. My card was charged, and both orders remained pending -- one for 20 days and the other for 30 days. No one contacted me. It was only after I reached out myself that I was informed they would not honor the advertised prices and would not sell the items to me. In other words, they charged customers during a sale and then quietly canceled the orders weeks later. The refund does not fix the inconvenience, the wasted time, or the complete lack of professionalism. What made this worse is that the person who contacted me was the manager, Elaine. Instead of resolving the issue properly, there was no accountability, no meaningful solution, and no attempt to make things right. This situation could not have been handled more poorly. This was my first purchase with this company -- and it will absolutely be my last. If you value transparency, integrity, and basic customer service, I would strongly advise caution before ordering from them.

Prices for some items are a little bit obnoxious, the products I picked were on discount and I chose to absorb the cost, and upgrade from the practical cheap, but falling apart Ikea lamps. The store was overcrowded during boxing week and service was slow. Shop your lights in the evening if you can get there before 6pm at the beginning of the week. You also may wish to check the description of the product online while in the store as some questions I asked were not answered accurately and some others I even didn't think of asking. One of the items I bought was not available and the personnel didn't necessarily follow on the committed delivery date. Anyway I called multiple times and finally got my luminous beauty. I can't say the service in the store was amazing, but in the end is beyond the three stars. Multi-Luminaire Pointe-Clare is far away from where a live, but I would return there because of the extensive choice.

We also bought the LED light bulbs which comes with 5 years guarantee. Service was exceptional. Truly fell in love with this shop.
