For reference, that's more than my car and nearly half what I paid for the building. To make matters worse, they charged me $500 just for the visit - and then refused to proceed without full basement access, even though I clearly asked for isolation of the upstairs unit. Bottom line: I felt like I was dealing with a company that either didn't understand my request or saw a golden goose. If you value your money, get a second (or third) opinion.
