Pastor taco - this was really tasty, the marinade on the pastor really came through and the char of the pastor really was good when paired with the pineapple in the taco. Cabeza taco - Heck yes! Definitely glad we did because we ALL enjoyed it. We went on a Thursday, and it looked like they've already accumulated a big fan base with all the people driving up for to-go orders. The menu is very simple, just tacos for $4 a piece and burritos for $11, but they make them VERY well. I decided to try a campechanos burrito (steak and chorizo) and both my boss and coworker ordered the same. They accept both cash and credit card which is very nice. They give you a pager when you order so you know when your food is ready and they get their orders out FAST. They don't have drink options, but good thing they're next to a Marathon station, so that solved that problem. Our order was done very fast and their burritos are almost enough for two meals but so tasty that you'll finish it in one. They come with a spicy red sauce and a cool avocado sauce, so it's like a yin and yang of sauces, one lights you up and the other cools you down. Both are very tasty too. We arrived right as the game was starting and they were out of the pulled pork sandwiches, so we chose the pulled chicken instead! I think this was the best shredded chicken sandwich I have ever had!
