The menu is interesting it has a lot of creative options - things you don't normally see on this side of town. The burgers are the star of the show - delicious and loaded with toppings! The walls are covered with photographs of veterans, American flags, and heartfelt tributes to the armed forces. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by Lee, who was warm, welcoming, and immediately made us feel at home. He introduced himself, asked our names--and not only remembered them, but used them throughout the entire visit. That kind of personal touch is rare these days. The menu made choosing difficult (in the best way), but I finally landed on The Great American burger. It came topped with pimento cheese, bacon, pickles, lettuce, tomato, and onion on a brioche bun. I made it a platter and chose club fries and coleslaw as my sides. The club fries are similar to steak fries but flatter, nicely coated, and cooked in beef tallow--crispy, rich, and absolutely delicious. The coleslaw was thinly shredded with a slight spice that gave it a great kick. The burger itself? Tender, juicy, and cooked to a perfect medium rare. We went to this cute place today for a late lunch. The restaurant honors all kinds of Military Veterans with picturesand flags. Our server was Lee. He was the most outgoing and friendly person. He introduced himself, shook our hands and asked our names. He always addressed us by name each time he came to our table. I ordered the Grand Stand burger. It had American cheese, tarter sauce, pickles and lettuce. My side was coleslaw. The burger was very juicy and tender. The slaw was a bit spicy and I loved it. The crabragoon cheese sticks were not all the hype that we were expecting. The sweet and sour sauce that came with them had a nice kick to it. The rueben eggs roll sticks were absolutely AMAZING for someone who enjoys sauerkraut. We got a Dennis Johnson burger with tots and the Alamo burger. The Dennis Johnson was perfect with flavor and the tots were nice and crispy. I enjoyed the Alamo until my 4th bite. Then I bit into raw bacon and I couldn't eat anymore. I got the loaded wedges and the bacon on them was over cooked. Asked for sour cream and they only had a little cup with barley half of the cup of it. The service was good, no problems with it. The vibes of the restaurant was really nice and laid back. I wish the bacon on my sandwich would have been cooked all the way and that would have made such a big difference. Drove down from west Chester to grab a late lunch. I walked in and was greeted immediately by the young lady at the counter. Was told I could sit anywhere. Ordered a coffee, a Soldier burger with fries. My waiter was very friendly and helpful. The burger was one of the best I have had in the greater Cincinnati area. It was impressively good. The fries were also very good. I also enjoyed a mozzarella stick and their version of crab Rangoon. Both were very good but I would place the cheese stick above the Rangoon. I got a bread pudding to go as I was so full but wanted to try it. This is big enough for easily 2 or 3 people. I not only will be back, but I will bring friends. Did we drive over 40 minutes to get here? Yes. Was it worth it? Absolutely. We had heard about the crab Rangoon mozzarella sticks and immediately knew we needed to make the trip to try them. And they were incredible - worth all of the hype. The sticks are pretty big and you get 3 in an order. Between two people, 3 was the perfect amount (getting to split the 3rd one). It was a bit pricy but quality was great so we didn't mind. The burgers we ordered were also fantastic. They were cooked perfectly and very juicy. The menu is so large we kept looking at what other people had ordered, but ultimately decided we just wanted to try some burgers. Will for sure be going back to try other things though (like the fish and chips or any chicken sandwich). The ambiance is nothing to write home about - it's basically a diner. My boyfriend and I love supporting local businesses and Lori's American Grille is one of our favorites. They have the best selection of food. The portions are huge so I haven't tried the appetizers yet. I've heard the crab Rangoon is amazing. Definitely next time. This time I opted for the burger and onion rings. The onion rings are amazing served hot and fresh. The flavor is so good. The 5 blended steak burger is amazing too. They used to brand the bun with USA which I loved. Hopefully they go back to doing that as it was such a fun touch. This place is always hopping. There aren't many tables so get there early. The walls are covered with pictures of military veterans. I saw one from WW1. My boyfriend asked if he could bring one of his dad and they said absolutely. The servers are so nice and attentive. It's definitely a great value. This is another restaurant recommended by one of my property managers. It reminded me of a favorite place in Madisonville, KY, Ferrell's. The prepared upon order burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to my requested liking (medium). This burger comes with fried pickles. Be careful these will sneak up on you. They go in like a pickle but have a kick at the end. The onion rings were big and crunchy; PERFECT! They also have a local bakery that provides cheesecake slices. I didn't order one but they looked delicious. It is always nice to visit and support a local eatery! Check out the display of veterans, I assume are/were local citizens. I'm a daughters of a vet so this touched my heart. I didn't see any minority vet photos but this could be due to the low population of minorities in the area. First time here. Came in and was greeted quickly. Friendly lady told us to sit wherever we wanted. She came over and asked for our drink order. It took us a few minutes to decide what we wanted. I got the original cheeseburger with onion rings. My husband got the cheeseburger with an egg on it and fries. It's nice to be asked what temp to make the burgers bc not too many places ask. My burger was really good and the onion rings were in the top 10 of my favorite. They were nice and crispy. Husband loved his burger and fries. This place walks the line between down home country diner and gastropub and walks it well. The decor and atmosphere are authentically rural, you are in small town USA and the menu is all updated and on trend. The walls are plastered with pictures and flags paying homage to American servicemen and women and red, white & blue are the primary colors. Our server Cassie was incredibly friendly and more than willing to go over menu highlights with us. She'd tried most of the menu and was happy to share her thoughts. We started out with the fried mozzarella crab Rangoons. Yes and I know, I couldn't pass that up either. Next time I'll get the Reuben Eggrolls, they looked as good as Goeb's (for those in the know). My daughter got grilled cheese on sourdough with Pub Fries. The Pub Fries are a riff on English chips and are now some of my favorite fries. Really great to run into a non cookie cutter French fry that's this good. I highly recommend them! My wife got a burger with Cheddar, onion straws, cheddar cheese & BBQ sauce with the fries. The meat... oh the meat. A fresh blend of 5 cuts giving you everything you want out of burger meat. Seared perfectly (caramelized with no burn) and perfectly temped. I also went burger but mine had pimento cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo & red onion. The produce is top shelf and the pimento cheese was as good as any I've ever had. You know how bacon often gets lost in a busy burger? Not this bacon. It stood up and said howdy adding smokiness, crispness and saltiness to the creamy unctuous snappy cheese. Great burger! I went onion ring and they were fantastic. We were too full for dessert but I'll be damned if the fresh made sweets weren't as tempting as anyplace I've been to recently. I WILL leave room next time. (The cheesecake looked so, so, so good) Took a peek at the breakfast menu and I'm obsessed. Until I get to come here for breakfast I'll be thinking about coming here for breakfast every morning. Biscuits, sausage gravy, tater tots, chorizo and some really cool variations of French toast are on offer. I'd say move to a bigger place closer to town and partner with a micro brew and add taps and you'll make a mint but honestly I love the place just the way it is. Don't change a thing. First impressions: Friendly staff, small but well organized, clean, well put together. Seating: Again small but they use the space well, very clean, all American ambiance. Food: We ordered 4 burgers no substitutes, and the app that contains 2 Reuben rolls, and 2 crab Rangoon. 4 ice waters. Food thoughts: Food was very well prepared hot and delicious. It came out reasonably quick, waiter was phenomenal. Here's where things suck: portion sizes vs cost is way out of balance, burgers were big and thick juicy, I ordered loaded fries for $6 and received 13 fries with cheese scallions and bacon bits. Wife took a piece of $11 cheese cake home it was decent but small. Overall: food is really good, staff is great, $104 for a family of 4 so a bit pricey, wish the portion sizes were bigger. read more

Portion sizes are very generous but everything was pretty bland- chicken sandwich had chicken tenders on it instead of a breaded breast- not sure if they ran out and threw it together like that or not.
