I actually discovered this business during a Yelp event for the Harvest Festival (2021). They had a vendor table displayed with various Almond varieties and tasting samples. Quickly, their seasonal white chocolate mint coated almonds have literally become my number 1 snack. I put them in a little Tupperware style grab n go and snack whenever the cravings hit. Yes, it has chocolate and sugar, but almonds are healthy to a degree ;- ) I definitely recommend visiting their online web store and ordering any variety or size of product that sounds good. It all started over a year ago. We have always grabbed some bags of their almonds at various "road shows" when shopping. One of the products was not acceptable as it tasted rancid. It sometimes may happen. Can't remember the flavor. I contacted them via e-mail explaining the issue. Marie, I guess the family Matriarch, replied "Sorry, provide address, I'll send a replacement". I said thanks, gave info, and waited. A month later, sent a reminder e-mail as I had not received replacement. Time went on, kind of forgot about it, but then bought more at Fall Harvest Festival, 2022, which reminded me that I had not received a bag as promised. Contacted her again, with a reminder of previous issue. After 9 more e-mails, on Dec. 8th, Marie stated that she sent a bag to me. Still, after 6 weeks, no bag. I'm not complaining about their product, just the customer service from the apparent owner, Marie, that indicates to me lack of follow up to a former customer for a simple 6oz pack of almonds. They have lost my business, not that it would seem to matter. We have always been a fan of the brand that has a manufacturing plant in Sacramento as we live close, and they are available on line, in local stores, and have lots of flavors and gift packs to choose from. Purchased the raw unpasteurized almonds. Soaked a quantity in a glass mason jar with a smidge of citric acid and filtered water. I store in the refrigerator. Two days later - Magic!
