Telling a obvious lie (that the bathroom is out of order) to customers is extremely rude and insulting, state law requires employers to have bathroom facilities for employees - so rather than insult the public just say you don't allow customers to use the bathroom. Hard to imagine how they stay in business given the fact that they also didn't have many of the flavors listed on the menu and to top it all off the ice cream they did have was not very high quality. 31 flavors is located across the street go there and avoid a very unpleasant experience.
