So my sister in law called me over at 8am Her young son locked the garage door after they were walking out to drop the other kids off at school. We called them 8:20 they said 30 min we called again 40 min later said 30 we are waiting outside in misty rain with a 2 year old all we wanted was communication. So we could go to my house and wait or do something until then. Then look how they were texting her. Basically threating her. She was locked out with a 2 year old and they want to try to scare her. Unprofessional, rude, and a waste of time. I waited for 30 minutes for someone to show up the sign even says they open at 8:30. The man on the phone said "the guy" went to get breakfast and would be back in a few minutes but would not specify how long. When I called he said "the guy" was stuck on the freeway and then on a job. He said he'd come to me and not charge me a fee. He said he would be at my house at 11:30 that he's coming back from the air port. I message him at 11:32 seeing where he was and he's stuck on another job. If you love getting dicked around this is the right spot for you UPDATE: don't leave bad reviews either cuz this will warrant an 8pm phone call asking for your review to be removed. Grade A+ a$$hole!! This guy is RUDE and thinks he's the best locksmith in town. My relative owns a classic car that's kept in my garage. Unfortunately I misplaced the key and need a new one made. I called a dozen services and none work on cutting keys without out a master. I called this guy and he said he'd do it because I happen to have some spare blanks. He said it would cost $150 to cut a new master and spares. We agreed to between 3-5 pm the same day (Sunday). Something didn't sit well about this fellow, so I called a couple more businesses to be safe. I contacted another listing on Google under a different name and this guy picked up and actually berated me for daring to call other smiths because who would do it on a Sunday to my particular car?? LE GASP~! I apologized and texted him my address. He replied "OK" and I just waited. I made the appointment at 11am and he never showed up. I texted again at 4:45pm and he never responded. Seriously, who does this? We agreed on a time, price, and particular service and he just blow me off. TERRIBLE customer service. WORST locksmith I've ever dealt with. Be careful, upon further online searching, this guy has 3 different business listings: BH Locksmith, BH Locksmith Southwest, and BH Locksmith Cypress; all the same guy and phone number. Highly unprofessional and rude. I will not recommend him to any family and friends or anyone for that matter. If you want to save time and your thing fixed in 1 go then look for some better locksmith. Shai gave time of morning but came in evening 7 p.m. He did not gave a new time of 7 p.m. instead kept me on wait by saying the entire day that he will be there in 2 hrs. The 2 hrs cycle went 5-6 times and he finally came at 7 p.m. Entire day wasted Now lets come to the issue. Called him to fix the door lock of the car but he made the key of the car instead and cleared the grooves of the lock and said the problem is resolved and if the problem is still seen, I can call him. The door lock was a bit stiff when he said it was done, I told him that the key is not going in smoothly but he said it was done . But I called back second time to confirm that the lock needs to be for a commercial door. Then he quoted $160 for a commercial lock. I was thinking ok not a problem but I need to notify landlord first. So I said "Let me call you right back" But he said "BITCH don't call me back again. @#$^*($%&###%&&*" I seriously don't understand how can he handle the business like this. So I had a previously bad experience with a locksmith company that literally bamboozled me and then made my lock worse. So I called BH Locksmith I was apprehensive and initially not very friendly because I had a bad taste in my mouth towards all locksmiths based on my previous experience. To make a long story short the guy that answered was very helpful, not only did he opened my car and make me an smart key (i own a BMW)and fix my lock but he gave me a very great discount just out of the kindness of his heart and because I had just spent so much money with the previous disreputable company. He said things like " send me a picture, what do you not understand" "I'm busy, call me later". I had been asking him if seeing the picture was for pricing purposes or to determine whether or not the door was adaptable because I was still in my research stage, and I needed as much information for my boss as quickly as possible before the next level, "pricing",  and he was just rude, and ultimately hung up on me. If there was a no star, I would give him that. Update: He called me five minutes later and asked me why I pt a bad review on his page, and called me a bitch. I had to hang up, because I didn't want to exchange words with him. Update: He again and said "let me speak to that bitch". Tried to get a automotive key fob cut and programmed. The technician wasn't able to get the new key programmed. Instead, he disabled my original key fob program in the process, so neither key worked. He charged me $100 of the $175 total, saying he would research and fix it. But he never replied to any of my messages, he never came back to reprogram either key. Worse, I managed to get my original key reprogrammed, but the key the Bh technician gave me could not be programmed. It actually sets off my car alarm. Awful, rude, unprofessional, and no skills. To top it off, they cracked my lock mechanism and my door would no longer latch. He told me he would order me a replacement part from Amazon if he could not find it at the junkyard since they broke my lock which was previously working but loose. Good communication and customer service are not their priority. I asked for a quote upfront for a rekey and they failed to quote for labor. When the technician showed up he called and said he needed me to approve the cost which was higher than the quoted amount because he was adding labor. I told him that defeats the purpose of a quote upfront. We went back and forth between him and the management. Management was no help at all and kept pointing fingers at the dispatcher, the technician, etc. All in all, the technician did a good job but it's too bad he has to work for companies like this that have all kinds of hidden costs and zero customer service. What's sad is that their phone calls and management are handled by an out of town company called Pros On Call from Austin. The invoice shows it. So it's no wonder they don't care about keeping customers for this specific business. Pros On Call also answers for 713 locksmith and other locksmiths. So beware. If you ask for a quote a get a reply from Pros On Call domain, a 512 area code, or an 855 area code then you know you'll be talking to someone who is just in a centralized area and doesn't care at all. Just look up the Pros On Call reviews and BBB grading. read more

Lost the key to start my car, and got an IMMEDIATE response. The driver was here within a half hour, and had the car running within a few minutes. Both the phone operator and driver were kind and courteous, the driver kept up communication with me as he was on his way. We had gone to another locksmith to get a spare key, and the key they gave us was off and would not start the car, only open the doors. It received three stars because of the following reasons: 1. the lock broke down too fast. After 3 days of using, one side of lock is completely broken. Reason of breaking down is because my door is thicker than the lock design, so it couldn't connect well. If you think your front door is thicker, please make your voice heard. My vehicle was stolen with the key and the person who stole it only left it because he had a flat that he couldn't remove. He took the key to come back for it so I needed to get the lock changed and new a key made.
