I was sideswiped in a hit and run in town, and was recommended to this shop as they are part of Geico Repair Xpress. How serendipitous! They streamlined the entire process and made the repairs easily. Unfortunately, there were some bureaucratic issues in getting my deductible advanced, since the party at-fault was to be billed. I would never ever tell my friends to go here. Rude, inconsiderate staff that if they don't want to deal with you they pass you off. Takes extremely long for subpar work. My fairs on the have been buffed when they cleaned it and they are ruined to the point that I would have to replace them to make my car look how it was before I brought the car. WORST REPAIR SHOP ON LONG ISLAND!!! This company attempted to fix my Tahoe then returned it to me with the Airbag error light on. When I brought it back, they refused to fix the issue and basically called me a liar. After I argued with them to fix the issue, they told me to come get the Tahoe then when I got there 30 min later it was still in the back being held hostage. When they finally brought it to me 30 min later, it had 5 door dents on the passenger side. Not big dents but scrapes on the paint that weren't there before. This shop appeared to do fair (yet extremely expensive) work but they DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK and they are capable of MALICIOUS ACTS TO YOUR CAR. You vehicle is not safe with them. read more

Amazing and quick service. Anyone from the front desk is also incredibly friendly and approachable. Due to covid it was nice to get into my car and they left a sticker saying my car was completely sanitized and disinfected. Not only that but came out to a fresh washed car which was amazing and saved me a trip! They go above and beyond and this isn't the first time I have been there. They have really stepped it up although they were always one of my favorite collision auto bodies. Pricing is also very good, nothing unrealistic. read more

Had my truck repaired and they said 4-5 days, it took 12. This was Sept 2018. When I finally picked up my truck was surprised to see the front end of the truck covered in bugs. The whole truck was detailed nicely except for the front end and hood. Very disappointed after they had the truck for so long that no one checked the truck before I came to pick it up! I've had three other cars repaired here over the years and not many problems. Not sure if it's new owners, but boy has the service and the quality fallen off! I will NOT be returning. read more

Beware Tesla or any car owner. Go somewhere else. I wish i saw the reviews before hand. This is one of Tesla approved body shop but its far from any car body shop that should have been approved of. After a month and a half in their shop,(patiently waiting ), and to be called to pick up your car is ready and finding out that the bumper and side wheel cover is loose and the windshield cracked. All they say is I'm sorry we did not see it. Twice I had to go back and twice the bumper was not fixed right. If you want to be stressed and tortured bring your car here and you will have a mental breakdown. The back lot is so unsafe that your car can easily damaged there. The owner Paul is a scammer, asking me to claim through my insurance, even the damages was incurred in their property and also, trying to claim in addition to the estimated damages through the insurance of the car that hit me. They won't speak the truth. Tracy the manager can promise you everything but beware, nothing is done. Only positive experience here is Rob.Very sweet and easy to talk to. The other front desk person Ellie, will lie without hesitation. The attitude of the owner towards women is a disgrace . Tesla had to intervene to get my car out of this shop. The repair was subpar and will have to bring to other shop to fix it. Don't use this shop!!! Save your mental health. Tesla should really remove this body shop from their list. Beware!!!! These people are nice when they give you your estimate. After they start working on your Car not so nice. They finished the work on my car Handed me the keys without going over anything. When I got home I realized that the rim that they replaced was not a match. One of to things happened. Either they were trying to rip me off with A refurbished wheel that didn't match or they are Incompetent. When I called I tried to explain to them the situation they kept saying bring it in so we can look at it. Since I don't get home from work until 7pm and work 50 miles from the shop I informed them that I can only come in on Saturday. Please order the right rim. They finally agreed. When the rim arrived I asked to come in on Saturday. I was told that they did not have anyone on Saturday to install the rim. I told them that I can pick up the rim install it myself somewhere else and return the other rim after. They said no. I offered to leave a credit card as a deposit until I returned the Rim. No. So I asked for the manager. The original Person comes back to the phone and said to come in before 9am and it will take up to an hour. What happened to not having anyone to install the rim on Saturday? The installation of a rim takes 10-15 minutes. If your really slow 20 minutes. How do I know this. I have been in the tire business for 27 years. So I finally get to the manager and ask him why can't they just take care of this quickly. I am making a appointment. Plus you had my care for 3 weeks you should have fixed it right during that time. Why do I have to sit for an hour? Why can't you just do the right thing and prioritize me when it's your fault to begin with? Bottom line is that he did not have a reasonable answer and he refused to get me in and out. I am going on Saturday at 8:30. We will see what happens. I will never recommend this shop to anyone. Anyone in the business can easily see the rim does not match. The car is a 2017 that is leased. If I would have turned back the car at the end of the lease I would most likely need charged for a new rim. Find another shop. read more

Don't even think they deserve 1 star but I have no choice. I'll start with this is my first put in with Geico and they 'highly' recommended this dump of a place even after saying I wanted to go to my own body shop. They sounded convincing so I decided might as well do it. My car was brought in by a tow truck on January 24th. I heard NOTHING from anyone (insurance company/body shop) until I called THEM on Feb 1st to see the status of my car and wtf was going on. Eryn from Bi county told me that they had no idea my car was there and had every excuse in the book on why my car hasnt even been checked yet. Soo basically my car sat in the lot WITH THE KEYS IN THE CAR for a week. Idk maybe if they were doing their job and checked which cars came in and out of their lots they wouldn't have these issues??? I then received an email from Bi county with the pre authorization sheet to allow them to do the estimate on my car. Never signed the form because i still hadn't heard from the adjuster and didn't know what was going on plus they had already lied to me so I just wasn't comfortable. Fast forward to Feb 6th when I call up again to see where the hell my car is and what in the freakin world they are doing with it for so long and I come to find out they TORE MY CAR DOWN without my authorization. Rather than going on and on about everyone i screamed at and fought with, THESE PEOPLE WERE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, BIGGEST LIARS AND SCAMMERS. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I wouldn't even let them work on a freakin derelict car. read more

Had my mothers mini van in for repairs as a claimant with what we later found out was the worst insurance company in the world, eveready. The insurance company was unresponsive and took over a week to reinspect, but Tracy stayed on them to get things taken care of. They then tried to deny paying the rental but Tracy jumped on them again and got it taken sorted out. The repairs came out perfect Paul and the rest of the staff provided great customer service and treated us great. I don't want to have to use them again but if I do I feel I will be I good hands. read more

I gave myself the gift of a brand new Lincoln MKC a few months ago . Just wanted to enjoy how shiny and beautiful it looked for a while . Then a few days ago I was getting in car and dropped what I was carrying and it put 2 nice scratches on driver door . I took car to Bi County Auto since we have used them before and had great experiences there . Traci came out to look at car . Within 2 minutes she said I will take car in back if you have 15 minutes to wait and make it look good as new . 15 minutes later my beautiful car came back looking good as new as promised . In a time where so many businesses are all about the money , the nonsense , the hassle - Bi County ( and Traci ) we're so wonderful to deal with and of course my car looks great . Great Experience. I found Bi County Auto Body through my insurance company claims web site. Based on the reviews and location I decided to use them for my repair when I had my collision recently. The establishment is neat and modern with a waiting area that has large comfy sofas with a coffee nook that includes pastries and fruit. I did not get to use it though since I did not need to wait. The insurance adjuster was located there and there is an Enterprise Rent a Car desk so everything was taken care of right there. The staff was friendly, efficient and professional. The estimate, car rental, and sign in took less than an hour after I arrived. I received text updates daily on the progress of my repair. When I picked up my car everything was smooth and efficient. The best part, the car looked like new. Like the collision never even happened ( I was rear ended). Excellent work. I was very happy. Highly recommended. read more

This is my 2nd review. My 1st review is on Google. I promised the mechanic I would do another review. This staff is really great. They helped me a 2nd time, and I cant say enough thank you to the mechanic and the staff. Unfortunately my car had a mechanical break down and put in the shop on my birthday, but the staff and mechanic made everything better. I'm just really grateful to geico for having this auto body shop. its a shame there aren't more like this auto body repair because the staff are 100% accurate, honest with repairs, and they take care of the customers with same equal respect customer gives them. If there was a way to give 20 stars on one review site, I would. They done so much work on my car, and it shows by not constantly having to bring it back. They do the work, its 100% complete.
