She didn't even let us know she was running behind and left my family hanging at a park when they were all dressed and ready for pictures. She lied to me about how much she was going to refund me! I'm still in shock with what she put my family through. It was supposed to be a beautiful experience for us and it was nothing but a waste of time and money, literally! She also resent the contract to be signed one hour prior to us meeting and said she wouldn't shoot unless it was signed. It was really confusing to me because I had already signed a contract almost a month prior. We were already turned off by her when she arrived, she was extremely frazzled and rushing from another shoot. SHE RECOMMENDED a refund as the energy was way off and we were unhappy with her unprofessionalism. She knows very well we were under the impression we were being refunded $400. She tricked us and text us on our way home she was keeping the $160 deposit. The way she did this really left a bad taste in my mouth, complete trickery! Since when do photographers keep the deposit when they're the ones who falter on the contract? She caused a lot of stress for my family, a day I truly will never forget and money wasted!!! True story!!!!!
