Beautiful salon that fits in a busy shopping center. They always tend to have availability I caution you though as not everyone is skilled and trained even for a simple task. I've had wonderful service with Nancy. Andy is pretty quiet but does a great job. The rest are snotty and not hospitable at all. Not the most welcoming type of service. My request is easy. All I want outside of a pedicure is SNS NO COLOR you would think how hard is that to have clear nails that just make your nails shining. Well it seems to be difficult at this location. Which the cost for short nails no color which they end up putting color is $48. I don't have money to waste for mistakes. My recommendation is to be as clear as possible even with the easiest task and show a picture. I walk in requesting for my nails to look the same which had no colored and come out with a hint of color. read more

Customer service was horrible. My technician was Tina and she was very rude. I provided a picture of what I wanted and also left in the appointment notes when scheduling of what I wanted and she did not do a good job at all. She was very rough with my cuticles when doing my pedicure and seemed like she was rushing. When she got to my fingernails, she got towards the end and I asked her to add part of the design that was in the picture and she gave me an irritated sigh, at the end she still did not add what I wanted and just told me it was done. My nails came out looking almost nothing like the picture I provided. She was doing the designs carelessly and hurried and was acting like I was inconveniencing her by asking her to add something that was clearly in the photo. WORST OF ALL, at one point during the appointment she raised MY hand to another customer and asked her "would you ever get nails like this?", basically making fun of my nails and continued to laugh very loudly. Bottom line, I would never EVER recommend this place or Tina to anyone that wants a good experience and good nails. Worst experience at any nail salon. I chose the VIP Pedicure to celebrate Mother's Day with my daughter. We got there early for our appointment time, and they started her 25 minutes before me. Then, the center of my left foot was shred without even an apology. Then my hand and neck massage was a speed version. I want to start by saying this salon is very clean and they always run on time. My nail tech is Emily who I adore. I've been to this nail salon many times and I always request her. She does an amazing job and is personable. The reason I am only giving 1 star is because of my experience on Jan. 20th, Inauguration Day. I don't care to know how people vote, I think it's their decision to vote however they see fit. What I do care about is being in the salon and forced to see the Inauguration ceremony on every tv in the salon. I kindly asked Emily to change the channel of the tv directly in front of me to something neutral: HGTV, Food Network, Animal Planet, etc. She handed me the remote and I changed it to Nickelodeon. The owner then asked why that channel wasn't on the Inauguration like all the others. I told her that I asked for something neutral and that's when she tells me "she doesn't get to watch tv at home." Trust me, I am no Karen but I think a business should not force their personal political beliefs or ANY belief for that matter on their customers. Knowing that this salon is MAGA is a bridge too far. I had a #6 Biagio massage in which Traci, the kindest person ever, helped me with everything. She did a WONDERFUL job and she said she had years of experience- it shows. She did above and beyond anything I asked her. The only sad thing is I had a gift certificate I brought with me to pay for the service. I went to the wrong location... so I had to pay out of pocket... which was my fault. But still a bummer they couldn't still honor it. $105 for the service I chose! And it was worth it. We were on vacation in the area and did not prepare well for getting tickets and appointments to things we wanted to do. I work in retail and I can say that the owner was more accommodating than I could have hoped for when I called in for a last minute appointment. When we came in, everyone was extraordinarily generous and helpful. From a service perspective, it was incredible. The space was clean, and beautiful, the atmosphere was exquisite. We had an absolute blast with the techs who helped us, Estefany, Giselle, and David. (I laughed, I cried, it was better than the opera.) The quality was also incredible. Each one took great care and pride in their work and their artistry. If we lived in the state, I would make the trip just for the full experience. I also want to say how much I appreciate the company itself for caring about their employees and taking a chance on young professionals by supporting and educating them in the craft. So I went to this place for a pedicure a few times before covid and it was average, nothing to write home about. Every.single.time they tried to upsell and do a manicure too, despite me explaining that I was a pianist and that nobody touches my hands. Went once after covid and it was beyond ridiculous: the pedicure I selected was described as a 45-minute service; express service in just 30 minutes!?! I just left and decided not to go there again - I do my own better. Fast forward 18 months or so, it's a day before I fly to Europe, I still have to finish packing etc. so I just made an appointment there, against my better judgement, because it was closest to me. Well, same service, this time less than 30 minutes. I swallowed complaint and left because I had no time to discuss anything. Didn't even look closely at my toes ... well, while on the plane, I looked closer at my toes and it was a disaster! First off - I asked for the oval cut, got everything between partially oval and totally square: each nail was different, two were almost triangular! Cuticles weren't touched ... it was obvious that the girl was rushing through the whole service like she was in a hurry to pack and fly the next day, not me! The person who may be owner/manager at the front was less than hospitable. Not sure why but after experiencing this non welcoming attitude I decided not to go back. It's so convenient but not enough to tempt me to go back. I'll wait . By the way never go to your neighborhood nail salon for ingrown toe nails. They are not trained for this. What the heck, I aint coming back, so might as well put em on blast. I was pretty excited to have a pedi date with both J-WoW and Kazi-face, because it had been a hot minute since I had my toes worked on, and my previous pedi didnt even last 3 months. ;) First thing I noticed, was a relatively small waiting area (3 seats), and J pointed out a limited wall of polish color. We were escorted back to our awaiting chairs prior to our reservation time, as to free up 2 of the 3 chairs in the waiting room I did like the fiber optic light changing color in the basin of the chair. Outside of the paraffin, that's about all I enjoyed during my stay at Chez Chemical Burn. Yes, I opted for the callous, and yes, both my feet felt the effects of fiery acid melting away the healthy skin with the dead, which stressed me out, and as we all know, stress is very damaging to the epidermis. Unlike my first chemical burn, I knew it was only going to keep burning worse, so I immediately let the tech know, and she quickly rinsed the acid off and hit me with a sugar scrub. The pedicure seemed to fly by, and before I knew it, the tech was standing to my right, giving me what appeared to be a massage. Not really sure though. Like I said, the paraffin was enjoyable, and I opted for some Minions nail art, which wasnt sealed with a top coat, and thus ruined less than 18 hours later at the water park. The crew and I wanted pedicures so after searching on Yelp, we came to a decision that we gotta go here. With reviews comparing this place to an actual spa, I wanted to see what the hype was about. We made reservations and soon we were escaping that Arizona heat for an air conditioned haven. Parking is a nightmare though. This place is modern, clean, and pretty cozy! They seem to be super busy so I guess packing in as many manicure stations is key for such a swanky establishment. There's a backroom for pedicures only and beyond that is the staff's kitchenette and a clean bathroom. Legit. After signing in, you're offered a bottled water and they work their magic. All three of us got the #2 Express Spa Pedicure for $31 which includes an exfoliating scrub and your choice of either the callus remover or sugar/sea salt scrub. I opted for the sugar scrub since my heels weren't sandpapery and the cheese-grater-thing scares me to be honest. The technician worked her magic and minus the occasional whacking on my foot to let me know to put the other foot up, it was seemingly decently. She tickled my toesies, painted them white, and gave my a surprise design with the guidelines of using black and gold. On top of not washing all the sugar off, the pedicure didn't come out too well. I didn't notice until the next day that white was streaking, my design was uneven, a nail was oddly shaped, and the top coat didn't cover the whole nail. And since I went in with my own top coat to try and fix it, I ended up smearing part of the design. Aw man... So while the place is popular and busy and you get a massage with your pedicure [it felt like the lady was trying to burp me as I contort my face to my friend in displeasure], I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

First time here.... Very professional - all about efficiency. I like that they were able to take me quickly and the place is very clean. However the staff isn't very friendly especially the front receptionist. She didn't look up at all while checking me in. She tapped the iPad and told me to sign in and that they would take me right away. I walked back within minutes and my pedicure began. I've been going to Biagio for years about every 2 months. My experience just now was horrendous. The woman was careless, aggressive and caused more damage than good. She cut my toenails too short, stabbed me (I'm sure by accident) when trying to clean under the nail, and proceeded to tell me I had an ingrown nail and cut my large toe until it bled. When I asked her to stop she asked me if I was sensitive (I'm generally not). My toenails are uneven, and when she filed she filed more of skin than nail. For a place that is clean, and has the qualities of being a high-end salon they are missing the mark. I am really disappointed by this experience. read more

I treated myself to a mani/pedi not too long ago and finally am getting around to writing a review. This quaint, CLEAN, and gem of a nail salon is very good. I got the best gel nails on the menu (the powder dip) and my nail stylist went to great lengths to make sure I loved the color before we started. The owner (whose name is escaping me) was actually the one who did my nails and she was courteous, very hygienic, and accommodating. She trimmed my cuticles beautifully, and gave me tips on how I could do that at home and keep my nails looking their best. Considering I have the world's shortest nails she did a great job at shaping them and making them look feminine. My pedicure was very nice. The girl who worked on me spoke very little English but was very sweet and my foot massage was delightful. The downside of this place is they only take cash tips, so I had to run over to Sprouts and buy a drink to get cash back... kind of odd for such a busy and well known salon. Unfortunately last week when I was in the nail tech cut down into my nail bed at the corner of my toes and pulled out the corner of my toenails this was intentional she did it to 4 of my toes on both corners of each toe. If it were an accident I would understand but this was intentional and it seemed like part of her regular practice . I now have an I infection and an ingrown toenail. I called to ask that they educate the nail tech not to do that and they asked what I want(expecting that I wanted a free service) and I again asked that they just talk to the nail tech and make sure she stops doing that. They said "ok yes thank you" and hung up. BTW they didn't ask my name or what day I came in so clearly they had no intentions of saying anything, very disappointed and now that I know their customer service is so terrible I will not be going back.
