Hans is both an advertiser as well as a columnist, and I do highly recommend reading his columns - Ask the Loan Man - on home loans because he's honest, straight-forward, and knows his business! On the personal side, Hans helped me get a loans on my house - first - to buy out my Equity Share partner who had been waiting 12 years for me to come up with enough money to buy him out. Patience. That was sweet and got me started on owning the house by myself. THEN Hans helped me refinance so I could fix the house - a 1942 vintage Russian River cabin that was literally leaning over on its posts, and the roof was leaking. The BIG Deal about his help is that I am, and always have been, self-employed and that's a challenge when getting home loans.
