This place has loads and I mean loads of fun hidden jewels. There's so much items in stock that you literally have to spend some time here. You will literally want everything that you see. The selection of clothing from all sorts of era. You have fun theme items which theres loads. Of course they can be a daily wear item. The vintage collection is top notch. All the decors throughout the stores are fun. Vintage mannequin heads, the dressing rooms doors made of old vintage refrigerator doors, they were great. There's a huge selection of vintage jewelry on displays as well as loads of fun sunglasses. Beside the clothes, the vintage signs which I assume are display were fun. Now that'll be great for home decor. Not sure if they're for sale though. Basically this is another gem along the art district that worth a wander. So much amazing and fun pieces.

Whether you want some cool decor, an award winning costume, or some cool accessories, this is the place to go to. Plus, the stores are fun because the displays are out to get you. Beware when stepping on the "Step Here" button because you can get spooked. I rather look at others do this or just watch the videos on my social. Service here is great and staff is helpful in getting and finding what you want. They also give great suggestions. Some items are a bang for your buck and others can be on the e pricier side. The pricier items include anything pop culture so that is why. Overall, great store and great location. Make sure to stop during the season and right before they shut their doors for the season, you can get some really cool stuff for the next year.

There's hardly any circulation inside the store and it doesn't help that everything smells musty, which tracks considering how old the costumes are. There's a decent selection of everything you could possibly be looking for, but they're outdated and it feels like someone's trying to offload a bunch of things they've been keeping in storage. Overall if you don't want to shop online and want to look at Halloween things in-person, it might be worth a look. Even their website lists this location as Kreepy Halloween... But they updated everything... I get using the same domain name, but there's ways to make it easy to find or navigate... "Kreep Halloween - Sherman Oaks" but use the same everything else. It's a huge emporium of all things costume, cosplay and halloween from awesome wigs and accessories to incredible masks, props, replica weapons and beyond. There's sections and areas for all ages, sizes and genders. Outstanding holiday decor from the moment you cross the threshold and are greeted by their friendly security and/or helpful staff. I wanted to check out the lay of the land, this being the former Joann's (Fabrics, before they went out of business) and often a Spirit Halloween location prior to that. Honestly enjoyed Kreepy Halloween and while it was a little chaotic, over packed with product and the week of all hallow's eve, everyone does their part to assist and keep this store up. A lot of the Joann's signs are still up and/or very visible, which is to be expected with such a short turnaround time. I believe this store physically opened here in August and additionally there is a Kreepy Halloween in Los Feliz as of October, second location. Customer service is personable for sure, however the line was a little confusing with not the best clear signs to guide you or markers to let you know where the line physically starts. They had me go up past the first few registers not in use to just behind a gap where employees enter and exit... I made sure there was room and didn't stand in the way of the opening, but no indicators, marks or instruction for this that I could noticeably see... Other than that, they did have up to four to five registers open and the line moved quickly. Reasonable prices and parking both underground and on the ground level at the Riverside-Woodman plaza on the corner of the streets of the same names - diagonal from Notre Dame High.

Although I was drawn to the section of $60 Halloween purses across from the Kool Aid man, they sell small and large Halloween decorations of all kinds. They sell high quality, scary monster masks. There's a section set aside for just clowns, as well as, an entire section designated specifically for just Michael masks. Staff were friendly. I was greeted at the door. They are behind the counter, ready to assist. Parking: Plenty of metered, street parking. If you're willing to walk a little, there's plenty of free street parking a block or two away.

My son had to dress up as George Washington for his 5th grade "Walk through the American Revolution" assembly. Surprisingly, Bianca and her husband Peter, had the PERFECT costume for him. They even had an intricate sword for him to carry since he was "General" Washington. (plastic sword of course for safety) It's really hard to find a high quality costume for kids. But, they had a lovely selection. We were also given a student discount and the price was reasonable. As my son was fitted for his costume, I perused through the rooms FILLED with Steam punk hats, Renaissance dresses and coats, Civil War attire, Victorian finery, Great Gatsby glamor, numerous Santa costumes, and other interesting treasures. But I needed something that was classy, elegant, and well made and that was exactly what I got! Thankfully, Mel, Jill, and Jen at Wicked Chambers staged an intervention. I walked in preparing for four days in San Francisco, starting with Twisted Windows Thursday, then going straight through Friday and Saturday night, and basically told them: make me look hot, dangerous, and just responsible enough to still have TSA PreCheck. Challenge accepted. These women absolutely understood the assignment. I left with black perforated mesh pants that somehow manage to be pants while also making a compelling argument against pants. Then came the black lace up bondage style pants covered in straps, buckles, hardware, and enough dangling temptation to make airport security reconsider several career choices. Then they added the white leather body harness, because apparently subtlety had already been pronounced dead. Next came the black mesh sleeveless top loaded with chains, rings, studs, and hardware. It looks like a fishing net and a dungeon had a very attractive child. And finally, the black tactical thigh bag with spikes and hardware, because every man needs somewhere to keep his phone, wallet, room key, and whatever remains of his dignity by Sunday morning. But the best part wasn't just the clothes. Mel, Jill, and Jen styled the whole damn thing. They listened to where I was going, figured out the vibe I wanted, pulled pieces I never would have picked myself, mixed everything together, and turned a pile of outrageous clothing into actual looks. There is a huge difference between selling someone fetishwear and knowing how to style someone in it. These three know exactly what they're doing. I walked into Wicked Chamber looking for outfits. I walked out looking like Folsom Street Fair should probably have been warned in advance. Twisted Windows, I'm coming. My credit card is traumatized. I, however, have never been happier.
