This was a 2 day project using the 1st day to remove the old system and seal ducts and day 2 to install and test the new system. They arrived on time with all the necessary parts and equipment to handle any potential problems. During the duct sealing process, it was determined that the existing duct structure had the equivalent of a 25.8 square hole. After sealing, this was reduced to the equivalent of a 2.3 square inch hole. IMPRESSIVE ! The new system was installed per plan and has been running well for over a month which includes one or two 90 degree days. It is so quiet that one can hardly hear it. I really felt like we came to a mutual agreement about the way things work up in Milford, PA. We parted ways on our last conversation about him coming to our house to look at our system to determine what if anything was needed. Jim said it was a slim chance that he could come by but would try. I had my hopes up.
