So I…read morewent to my April appointment which was at 3:00 and wasn't seen until after 3:30 (which I was okay with), but I spent a good portion of the time with the doctor answering questions that they should already have had the answers to. Then we addressed my blood work. The provider said she needed to leave the room to do a calculation, leaving me with the impression that she was coming back into the room, as I had a couple of other things that needed to be addressed. NOPE, the nurse came in and said "okay, we'll see you next year." I said I still had things I needed to talk about, but apparently the provider moved on to her next patient. I didn't even get to spend 20 minutes with the provider. I was then told I would have to finish the appointment at another visit and they couldn't get me in until June...which means another copay. They also said they would send a "note" to my provider about my concerns and somebody would call me back. Now it's 4 days later and no call. I felt like I got the shaft, and was extremely upset with their lack of caring.

My issue could have easily been avoided. I have taken the same medications for many years. I lost my job in July and started a new one in November, which began with a new insurance plan in December. This new insurance requires prior authorization for two medications; the insurer has its own portal to complete the prior authorization. Jason refused to use the given portal, and no one else can complete the form, so I am screwed until I can see a new provider and establish care.

Dr Brazle would say she put in the referral and it NEVER happened. Was never Submitted. I asked her to refill my medication while i wait for the missing referral......Never got done but they legit lied, said it did and never sent it to the pharmacy. They blamed it in my name change and my insurance and they refused to update my information even though the insurance shows the update making it literarily impossible to get my medication because of the name issue that they refuse to change. As it that isn't bad enough Dr jacowski prescribed the wrong medication to my husband for his blood pressure without speaking to my husband? No hey....we are changing this because.... Nothing. No consent. No discussion. No information. Nothing. Can we say DANGEROUS?! Thankfully, my husband read the label before taking it or the results could have been deadly. And if you have to cancel your physical therapy for the death of a loved one.....you get told that there are 2 sheets of patients waiting in line to be seen and THEY cancel your referral. So if you want to be treated with human decency and respect and not guilt tripped, lied to and potentially poisoned.........DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Your very LIFE may depend on it and make sure you READ AND VERIFY ALL PRESCRIPTIONS because these assholes are out to kill anyone on state insurance!!!!

I have been reading with chagrin a lot of negative comments about this clinic and in particular…read moreabout a particular care provider . I did not need to attend this Clinic as I am retired Maybe but once I reach 65 years old and was primarily under that umbrella of Medicare instead of Tricare I searched another Primary Care Facility. I have found this facility to be amazing. I can get an appointment within a week the staff was friendly and caring. There is a lab on site and that is very convenient and your results come in quickly. I would also like to say that my primary care physicians Joshua Sands and if it wasn't for Joshua Sands I might not be here today . Because he ordered a test for me when I turn 65 that I assumed was part of every blood test I've ever had in the military or out . But it wasn't and he specifically asked me if I had this particular test because at my age there was something that should have been looked at I assumed that everybody did it and he informed me that it wasn't . And said I would like to have you tested for this and I'm like okay and I was and thankfully for Joshua Sands I took that test I think some of the criticism was a bit petty compared to the positive aspects of somebody who takes the extra step to ask the important questions that's why I like the facility and that's why I would recommend it to anybody and that's why I would recommend Joshua Sands as your primary care physician.

The nurses are great, however it's unfortunate that they have gone through so many! With the office manager and dr. Lycksell being rude and screaming at them I can see why the nurses would not stay long. Overall I would rate dr kanjo and the nurses a five + but the rest of the practice is far from that

They used one of those crappy temporal scanners that never give you an accurate reading. I know because I have the same one at home. I also just got my bill and was charged $131 for them to check my daughter's ears. No tests were run, the doctor simply looked at her ears, asked if shes fully vaccinated, and said great and left. Maybe with all the money they charge they can get a better, clinical-grade thermometer.
