Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We first walked into the bar area and called out several times, but no one responded. We then went to the restaurant entrance twice, again with no staff in sight. After calling out once more, an employee finally responded, that she was preparing the salad bar for dinner. When the employee noticed our service dog, she immediately said, "No, no, no, no dogs." My husband asked if service dogs were allowed, and she replied, "No dogs. I'm not the owner." We then left without being served. There were no other customers in the restaurant at the time. As travelers relying on service animal access, we found this experience both frustrating and disappointing.
