Shop was really clean, well-organized and personable. Helpful in trying to determine what would be best, he let me go for a test ride and suggested a steep hill across the street for a test. These bikes are really pretty amazing, could go up a really steep hill at 8-10 mph, with little effort, which normally one might have to walk up their bike it was so steep! They are getting in a new shipment, one of which I'd like to test ride/check out. Repair shop looked really organized and productive. Would recommend based on my experience with other bike shops and experiences, seems like they have a good reasonable selection of bikes for people, vs. only high-end bikes, that cost a fortune. Easy to access and plenty of parking too. Will be further investigating these e-bikes.

The atmosphere was fun and relaxed, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. I ordered the turkey BLT wrap, and it was absolutely amazing. The wrap was massive and packed with fresh ingredients. The turkey was flavorful, the bacon was cooked perfectly, and every bite was delicious. Toward the end it did get a little wet and soggy, but it was still so good that it did not take away from the overall experience. The food was definitely the highlight of our visit. Everything tasted fresh, and you could tell care went into preparing each dish. The prices are a little on the higher side, but the generous portion size and quality made it worth it. The only small issue we had was that my wine glass had a stain on it when it was brought to the table. Things like that happen, and our sweet server immediately apologized and replaced it with a clean one. It was handled quickly and professionally, and I really appreciated how kind she was. Overall, we had a great dinner and left very impressed. Between the delicious food, friendly service, and welcoming atmosphere, I would absolutely recommend Ranch Camp to anyone visiting Stowe. Let's start with what we enjoyed during our visit: the drinks were good... the atmosphere was cool (more like a contemporary "cabin" vibe, which was definitely inviting)... and the staff were all stellar!! Where Ranch Camp let us down on this visit was the food. In fact, we desperately wanted to love the experience because everything LOOKED fantastic. However, all the food we ordered was bland. It all started with the pork nachos, which our party of 3 ordered as an appetizer. It was piled high and dripping with ingredients... but the dish completely lacked flavor. The pork was perfectly tender but tasted flavorless (until I added hot sauce and salt). I would also recommend they serve the dish with pico de gallo or salsa to boost the flavor. We had the same feeling with the burrito bowls. Two of us ordered different burritos (opting for bowls instead of tortillas), and we both thought the flavor was just okay. And on top of that, both of our bowls were lukewarm. In fact, the entrées weren't even hot enough to melt the cheese. I wish I would have sent the food back, but we were in a bit of a hurry. Finally, my friend James ordered the Chicken Quesadilla, which he also thought was "just okay." Oh, and we noted that a table near us sent back food... so not sure what was up with that, but we we weren't surprised based on our overall experience. Final Thoughts: Prior to visiting Ranch Camp, I read plenty of reviews praising the restaurant, so I'd like to think that they were just having a bad day.

Appropriate price, a versatile bike with good components, and a color and style I liked. Fortunately for me this is a bike carried by Chuck's Bikes in Morrisville. The bike I bought from Hank at Chuck's Bike's turned out to as perfect for me as I had hoped. But what I wasn't aware of at the time was that this bike purchase turned out to provide me with the best retail experience I've ever had in my 55 years of life. For Hank, the customer comes first before his own needs. He wants the customer to have a bike that fits right, that is appropriate for the type of riding they will do, and wants that person leaving his shop thinking that everything was done to make him or her happy. I spent a fair amount of time at Chuck's Bikes the day I purchased. I never felt rushed. I discussed with Hank and his 2 employees the best ways to make the bike fit and work for me. All three were patient, extremely knowledgable and kind. I couldn't believe how busy this small bike shop was that day. But I can see way. I can totally understand why Chuck's Bikes is the only store I've come across with a 5/5 rating. I think most of us who have shopped there would double that score if we could. I feel fortunate to have crossed paths with this shop and the good folks who run it. Maybe I did something right that set me on the path to have that interaction. If you are looking for a bike, make sure it's a brand that Hank carries at his shop. You will thank your lucky stars.
