I was told 2-3 days when I dropped off my bike. 7 days later he hasn't even looked at it because he is under staffed and over worked. He made sure to inform me that he has no way to let me know how long it would take. I asked where I was in line to which he said it would take him 15 min to find out and that the problem with getting to my bike was being on the phone with me. Someone anyone open a different bike repair shop in Statesboro. Bumped it up to 3stars from 1star. After my call and original review Billy went ahead and fixed my bike. His communication is not the best but he does the work.
