They are not cheap, but I think they did a great job on the three pieces of clothing I dropped off. I had a dress ($11.95), a sweater ($5.95), and some pants ($5.95). I thought the price for the dress was a tad expensive, but maybe I'm just out of touch with what the market rate is these days. Again, I haven't had to go to a dry cleaner since March 2020. Either way, my clothes look great and smell fresh. I'll be returning soon and look forward to checking out their alteration services as well!

Went to get my wedding dress 3 weeks before my wedding date (my dress has been with seamstress…read moresince October 2023- it is now May). All that was asked was the have the back lowered. The back was lowered and looked great, but the front of the dress is absolutely ruined. Dress lost all shape after alteration and doesn't even look like the original dress. Three seamstresses have deemed it irreparable. 3 weeks before my wedding, I have had to buy a brand new wedding dress. I am thousands of dollars in the hole at this point and seamstress declined any refund. I have been told by MULTIPLE brides since this happened yesterday that she either ruined their wedding dress or they had to take to another seamstress to get it fixed. I absolutely do not recommend unless you are prepared to waste 5 months, spend almost $600 on alterations and then have to turn around and pay for a brand new dress if it can't be fixed. Do not recommend. They must work on commission because if you are getting fitted for a tux to rent…read morethey act like you are bothering them and don't want to help you. They send you over to the side to wait and do not get in any kind of hurry. Took my grandson and they wouldn't measure him. Said had to wait until three weeks before wedding. Took him back and they measured him and said we were good to go. Asked if we needed to pay then and was told no that could pay when pick up. Get a call from groom today that grandson needs to be fitted. Called the store and they said the measurements did not save because no payment. They are the ones that said to just pay when we pick up. The people that work here do not care and are not professional. I recommend you go somewhere else if you are renting a tux. Look at the number of one star reviews they have.

Do not use this cleaners…read more First off, it is just way too hard to get in and out of their parking lot, but that is not a valid reason for not using a business. Highland is not customer friendly and they don't do such a good job with the dry cleaning either. I came to Highland looking for a new, convenient dry cleaner. When I dropped off my clothes, I first noticed that the business smelled like I had walked into the smoking lounge at the airport. Luckily my clothes did not come out smelling like that, but tobacco is not something you want to smell when you want your clothes cleaned. Attempting not to haul my dirty clothes around Macon in my arms, I asked if they had laundry bags that Highland gives to their customers. The staff member assumed that I was only in town temporarily and said she would have to ask the manager if she could give me a bag. The manager was not there. I received no bag. That may be good because there are enough people carrying all their earthly possessions around in bags, anyway. That brings me to my pickup. I was told that the cleaners closed at 6 p.m. When I arrived at 5:45, I found that the door was closed and locked. The staff member who I had spoken to a day earlier left her spot behind the counter and unlocked the door. She did not hold it open. She did not inform me that they were closed or open. Actually, she did not say one-word to me. She simply walked over to a rack where she got my clothes and returned to her enclave behind the counter. I stood at the counter waiting for her to do something, anything. Her first words were "that will be ____ dollars." I already had my wallet out, so I held up my credit card, but she did not immediately take my payment. Instead, she shuffled papers like a news anchor for about 45 seconds while I stood there doing arm exercises with my credit card. She finally took my card, swiped it, handed me a receipt to sign. I believe she said "thank you," but it was only in response to me saying "thank you, have a good day;" something that I was taught to do. When I dropped of my clothes, the woman had asked me if I wanted my shirts starched. I told her yes, but only light to regular starch. However, when I attempted to wear my returned shirts, they were nowhere near regular starch. In fact, the dress shirts felt like sandpaper and they probably could have stood up on their own and done the robot. One of my four shirts was so bad and uncomfortable I had to relegate it to a sad, smelly death in the laundry basket for a clean, not hard rebirth. It is not that expect any royal treatment when I use the services of a business, but I sure expect some friendly service and some common decency. How can I trust someone with my wardrobe, if they cannot even offer pleasantries to my face? This is by-far the WORST dry cleaning experience I have ever had, and I would not recommend that anyone use their services.

They did a good job but me anyway man have some two clothes and you forgot to give them out I could do it right now.

I took dress back and they agreed to clean it again for free. This time it had more spots (blue chemical and yellow) and they did not take responsibility for the spots. I would not recommend that you take your clothes to this cleaners!!!
