Before I've even started to type this, I have tears of thanks running down my face. From our very first conversation, Kristen assured me and reassured me over and over again that we would get through this nightmare together and that my daughter and I would be happy and safe. Ms. Bienstock shows a great deal of care for her clients. Her and i made a great team for my custody battle over my son. She worked honestly and was very up front is what she believed would benefit me in the long run. We never gave up and ended up on top. We worked together for almost a year, she has been resonable in cost and helped with affordable payment plans. The only thing I could say could use a little work is sometimes I felt lost in the terminolgy of the law, and the explanation wasn't clear. There were also times I couldn't get a hold of her, but I know she has a family as well. Ms. Bienstock showed real passion and knowledge in trial. I think that is where she shined to most. She walked with confidence and no hesitation. She knew my case and was prepared to take on our 3 day trial with all of their witnesses. She works from the heart which is important when your life is in her hands. Our children are our lives. She's a mother and knows what that is like which is only beneficial to her profession.
