I have…read morecontacted Jason on two occasions about two separate issues, and both times he responded with a thorough and thoughtful assessment of my issue and potential next steps. In both instances, I was dealing with unreasonably punitive medical companies and frustrated by how much the cards seemed stacked against me. I came away from my interactions with Jason empowered by the options he made me aware of. Jason clearly cares about people and about ensuring they aren't taken advantage of by faceless companies. He is the voice of reason, and I highly recommend him to anyone who ends up in the unreasonable world of collections (or any unreasonable world for that matter). This is the guy you want in your corner. Thank you, Jason! p.s. I second what other reviewers have said about Jason being professional, caring, compassionate, awesome, an activist, and life coach. Also the reviewer who said he restored her faith in humanity. These superlatives are well-earned, he is indeed that good.

I feel he also came off demeaning and made me feel stupid and embarrassed. I was not looking for free legal help, I was looking for clarification and if my case was under the scope of his practice. I was not upset that he couldn't take my case. I work in the legal field and understand how the process works. I learned additional information and asked Jason if that was under his scope of practice, and was not looking for additional legal advice or any advice, just asking if he could take on my case. Again, my issue is not that he couldn't take on my case, my issue is that I felt he came off demeaning and how I was treated. I will not be reaching out again for any reason.

I was taken by Ambulance after I called 911 to the first Hospital and the ER Doctor and Radiologist informed me I Dislocated my Left Shoulder and suffered a fracture of the Humerus Bone. They did NOT have the appropriate Surgical Room so they transferred me by Ambulance to the LEVEL 2 TRAUMA CENTER in Everett. The ER Doctor and Radiologist re-confirmed the same Diagnosis. It turned ALL four [4] of these so-called"Professionals" were 100% WRONG! A member of the Orthopedic Surgeon Team showed me the X-Rays and informed me I had a SHATTERED HUMERUS BONE which CANNOT be repaired. Additionally, I was informed by both Hospitals that they knew of NOBODY qualified to perform the appropriate Surgical Procedure in ALL of the State of Washington. They DISCHARGED AND WISHED ME THE BEST OF LUCK...THAT WAS BEYOND INSULTING AND DEVASTATING NEWS!!!! I tried for a week in WA to find a Surgeon to review my case with NO LUCK! I decided to return to my home State of California. Meanwhile the Motel where the incident took place STONE WALLED ME AND THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE AND EVICT ME when I requested an Incident Report. After speaking with numerous national Law Firms that advertise on TV and Radio they advised me they don't do this type of case. Fortunately I got a referral to the Dubin Law Firm and was very pleasantly surprised at the warm welcome and promptly spoke to an Attorney. I was informed that they will seek the appropriate justice which was MUSIC TO MY EARS!!! I read many of the reviews ALL of them spoke highly about Matt Dubin Law Firm! My personal experiences with the Team at Dubin Law Office has been highly Transparent, Professional and Honest Answers to my Questions and Concerns! Like I have told my family, I hope you NEVER need Dubin Legal Services, but when the legally responsible parties refuses to cooperate and reimburse me for my medical bills, then DON'T hesitate to call the Professionals @ Dubin Law Firm! Thank you for taking the time to read about my mmisfortunate accident and the expedient Legal Representation I am now happily receiving! Richard

But you'd never know it, because when you're in trouble in a civil or business matter, he'll make you a deal you can't refuse -- great legal work at a reasonable price. You might think that the "Sayre" in "Sayre Law Office" is named after Jeff, but it is actually named after Jeff's father, also a lawyer, who started the office years ago. He has since retired, and this father/son "team" is now just Jeff and his several associates. Ok, so our small business (also father/son) was in trouble. There's no good guys or bad guys, really, more like a sad situation where the ex-partner of the business became a debilitating alcoholic, and eventually died of it. So years later, his daughter brought suit against the ongoing money that was sent by our business to this ex-partner's ex-wife in residual payments. The daughter was seeking her daughterly share. Fair enough. I'll spare you the sordid details of misinformation, accusations, and heated arguments that ensued. But in short, a settlement was finally reached, and now all parties can move forward with our lives, thankfully. It's time. I happen to be an attorney who works in this business doing non-attorney work, but I have a very good idea of when I am dealing with the REAL DEAL attorney, or not. Let me give you some "insider" advice: The REAL DEAL attorney is NOT: 1. The "PIT BULL" -- this breed of attorney is aggressive, but not usually very bright, so the more patient, brighter attorneys just wait for them to make mistakes that they take full advantage of. Often, the Pit Bull doesn't even realize they've screwed their own clients and themselves after it's over. 2. The "GENERALIST" who can "do everything". This used to be the way it was, when laws were much simpler. But today, this attorney is a dying breed, and for good reason -- maybe they can sort of do everything, but they will do nothing very well. 3. The "SLEAZEBALL". This guy will break every rule, ethically, to get as much money in their pocket as they can, as opposed to giving any kind of shit about their clients. This small minority of attorneys will lie, cheat, and steal for their own ends -- often screwing over their own clients, and give every other attorney a bad name in the process. The REAL DEAL IS: Kinda boring, really. BUT... an ethical attorney who treats you and other attorneys with respect. They search for positive outcomes for you, the client, take time to reflect, do their research, and think out of the box. The REAL DEAL does not base decisions made on your behalf, on how much money they will get out of that decision. And they have experience in some specific subfield or fields of law. Ideally, they will also have relationships with high-quality professionals in related fields, such as accountants, or investigators, who's work can be indispensable in succeeding with your case. Jeff Sayre is the REAL DEAL. He handled our case ethically (unlike the opposing attorney, who hid key information which, once found out, ultimately benefited us). Jeff is competent, respectful, and in the end, I believe he saved us a bundle of money. He provided us with... VALUE! (ooohs and aaaahs.) If we ever find ourselves in trouble again (heaven's forbid! knock on wood, salt over shoulder), or just need advice on a business matter, I will definitely go back to Jeff Sayre's office of skilled and ethical attorneys. Highly recommended (and that really is saying a lot coming from me). (Note: This office moved last year from Jefferson Street to 1320 University Street)
