This is my 2nd past life regression, having done my first with someone else five years ago. Having been through a past life regression before, I understood that PLR can be deeply impactful where the lessons learned continue to unfold well into the future. Given this, it's not typical to go through multiple sessions in the way other therapies are designed. Yvonne takes all of this into consideration when approaching PLR. She asks you to do pre-work in preparation for the session so that you're able to get the most out of it. She also helps ease you into the process through discussion prior to the start of the session. What I enjoyed most about working with Yvonne is how deeply connected she is to higher guidance. At the beginning of our session I could tell that she was being given quite a lot of guidance about me to where I didn't need to explain a whole lot.
